After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

Return later in the week two turn in my old phone. Not a particularly good experience. Otherwise overall a relatively good experience for start. All of my phones except the first (at Pinky's Pagers on Congress like around 2002, Motorola StarTac... still have it for the nostalgia!) was bought at BestBuy, first time buying at a Verizon store. I went in about 6:30 p.m. on 06/04/25 and was greeted by Sam (If I remember right). I told him I wanted to upgrade my Note 9 to the new S25 Ultra... Long story short we went though the options even though I knew what I wanted. He was very informative and easy to talk to. The process didn't take very long, probably less than 25 minutes from walking in to paying. This time estimate didn't include the transfer of everything to the new phone which I took home to do myself. Thanks Sam, you made that easier than I thought.”
