“Went to curbside today around 5:30 to pick up an order for my fiancé and had a worker come explain that the order was going to take a little longer than expected due to issues I guess with the rotisserie chicken, saw the same worker take out at least 7-8 orders within the 2-ish minutes I had been waiting (must have been a busy time of day for em) once my groceries were ready the same worker tall curly headed guy came out to put the groceries in my truck and was very friendly and apologetic about how long it took, which was honestly not an issue for me. The workers seemed to really enjoy their job, Heards lots of laughs and chuckles while they passed by. Was my first time picking up a curbside but was definitely very pleasant.”
“I just read a review that really criticized the pharmacy at this location as well as the store itself. I gotta say, I'm really surprised because every time I've used the pharmacy, or the grocery side, I've gotten exactly what I needed. So here is my take on the situation. Our H-E-B has probably been here for a while, and what YOU have to remember, is that this used to be a small town, where this H-E-B was perfect for what was needed. Now that the town is rapidly expanding, H-E-B has to expand also, which can cause some inconveniences. So sometimes it's hard to keep stuff on the shelves, especially during the holidays. Don't get your panties in a wad if it's not there, give them a little time to restock it, or ask someone if they have what you need in the back. The folks that work there are amazing and are always willing to help. I love this H-E-B, and all the folks who work there and thank you from the bottom of my heart”

“This was probably my favorite visit to H-E-B so far. This location you can tell is very new and the layout of the store made sense. I was able to find everything easily checkout was a breeze, and there was plenty of parking and even the music wasn’t bad.”
“I love HEB pharmacy! Very efficient! Yes it is always very busy especially in the late afternoon, for those customers who complain about the slow service it is DEFINITELY NOT the pharmacy employees! Unfortunately I had pneumonia in December & am still fighting the aftermath, I have been to the ER nine times since then & my prescriptions that are called in by ER physicians ar ALWAYS ready that same day and if I visit the ER after hours my prescriptions are ready the very next day! I have noticed many times customers ahead of me in the drive thru are not ready to pay or have many questions for the employee, I always try to pre-pay online and when I am unable to I always have card in hand&ready to go when the drawer is extended. When you drive up to window give them your birth date first then last name&let them know if you prepaid. Please give these hardworking employees a break they work hard to help us get the medications we so desperately need. Yes things do happen beyond their control but don’t be so quick to judge! Thank you HEB pharmacy for all you do!!!”

“The HEB Car Wash in La Vernia is such a great value for our small community! I really appreciate that you can save extra when you pay at the pump—it makes the wash even more affordable. For a quick car wash, it does a solid job and leaves the car looking clean without being overly priced. It’s convenient, fast, and nice to have right here in town. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, budget-friendly wash close to home.”
“They do still ship Fed ex shipping here. People have to understand that technology isn't always reliable. They scanner was being weird but Terri got it to finally work after multiple attempts. She is very sweet and helpful! ☺”
