“I’ve gotten 2 services done here for my Mercedes glc both experiences were great. Although with the first service (I forgot what it was called) I was expecting to get my car back in one day and it took two (major inconvenience). For the second service I was pretty much in and out, it was an oil change and to make sure all of my fluids and brakes and stuff were good. Can’t complain and will be back.”

“Went to David’s to repair a coolant leak on 2012 Audi A4. Repair was quick. Cost was a bit steep for repair items likely due to high parts prices and labor. They did provide pictures and a video of the issue which was nice. They could improve a little on the billing reporting and breakdown of parts and services for the technically inclined.”

“This was my first time here, and Michael. T was very informative, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Showed me everything I needed to see. Prices were just amazing. I had got my brakes replaced, and oil changed. Spent $400 after tax. I honestly expected to pay quite a bit more after seeing another shops price, but I was told to here and it was worth it. They have a nice waiting area, as well as nice little table outside if you just want to enjoy some fresh air. Plus side, there is a pizza spot(fun pizza i think is the name) right next to them if you wanted to go in and eat while you wait. “I have had the best experience with Crash Champions in the Colony. I picked up my car yesterday, and my 10-year-old Lexus looks new. They kept me informed about the work and gave me an accurate time frame for when my car would be complete. Everyone from the receptionist to the person who wrote up the work to the manager who saw me in the lobby said they would take good care of me. I hope you don't have any accidents, but if you do, this is an honest, caring company.”
“Lorena and Hector was excellent in taking care of my car tires needs. They went above and beyond to honor the road hazard warranty & limited tread warranty on my tires as I got them installed at the same Walmart Auto Center about 3 years ago. Initially they couldn’t find the record with my mobile number for some reason, but later they were able to pull it up with my original receipt and honor the warranty and discounts. I couldn’t be more happier about the service and transparency!”
