“My experience at enterprise was absolutely amazing what extraordinary customer service you get. I walked into the building and was instantly greeted by Anthony and asked how can we help you . I told him i have a reservation and he looked it up and told me I needed a credit card for deposit because I have a out of state driver license which I forgot but was very understanding and patient I have to run back to the house to get it , then came back and got helped by Lucciano which was also so amazing and got my right on my way to start my day . The return day was amazing as well with a grant I appreciate all the amazing customer service

“My only complaint is that Enterprise rarely has the vehicle that request, i.e. Tahoe, Suburban. However, the staff at the Teel Pkwy location always call and discount the booking for a different vehicle. The staff is always so friendly and a big reason why I continue to book with Enterprise instead of going with Priceline or other rental agencies.”

“We rented a car from this site for about a month. They didn’t have a small vehicle available due to the holiday, so they rented us a medium SUV but charged the rate for a small car. They informed us that we could change the car at any time; we just needed to call to see if the desired vehicle was available. The manager is very flexible.
The return process was a breeze, taking only about 10 minutes. The manager clearly stated our balance due and handed us a card with their contact information, should we have any queries about the charges. It was a convenient and comfortable experience, making the end of our trip stress-free.”

“I wasn't looking forward to having to go offsiteto get my car (the airport was sold out) but it was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman made sure the car was in perfect running condition before he handed me the keys. Upon return he was quick to get the car checked in. Uber was also quick to pick me up from this location to take me to the airport.I would rent from here again if the airport was sold out.”

I stopped by the nearest location on Florida. They swab me to another van, even newer even better. “Picked up my rental car on Apr 19 and had a good experience. First booking online was smooth. Picking up I interacted with 3 gentlemen (african american man - manager, other guy working front desk I believe is Indian, and 3rd guy named Zachary who washed my car) - all gave a great experience, friendly personable not too pushy and efficient
I got the car I wanted and asked for them to rush the wash so I could get back to work and then get on the road and they did just that and still did a good job washing.
There were few issues I could hear with car availability and delayed reservations but I did not face this.”

Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful!
