“Amazing customer service!!!! If you are in the area this Metro PCs location is the BEST to go to in the area. I went to the one on Eldorado in Little Elm OMG!! It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! They didn’t help me and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I immediately reported them and filed a complaint with Metros corporate department. “I went in to simply ask some questions about potentially moving from T-Mobile to Verizon and left with my 4 lines ported in because the customer service from the sales team was that good. Not only are they excellent at customer service they are excellent at troubleshooting issues as well. I want to give a big shout out to my sales person at this location Tim Bonnecaze and the manager of this location Josue Perez for helping me all throughout the port in process and providing all my lines new phones on a great plan. They are very responsive and quick to help. I don't think they stopped smiling during our discussions ( very friendly people). Thanks for helping . “No, we were having trouble for international calls and high bills with AT&T so we decided to switch over to cricket. The young man working there named Vencat really knew his stuff much better than any of the standard like AT&T stores he set us up was very thorough and even got us going on HBO. I’m giving him a five star rating.”

Noor, who I later learned is the Store Manager, was extremely diligent, patient, and committed to getting everything resolved correctly. She took the time to walk through the issue thoroughly and made sure I fully understood the outcome.
