I spent about three hours at the store trying to get my phone switched over (due to some complications with Metro's customer service) and he was honestly the best person for the job. His patience and professionalism were a breath of fresh air as he worked to make sure I left with a working phone. He never got frustrated or upset about how long everything took, which made the wait so much more bearable. He definitely deserves a raise.”
