“I recently went to the store in The Colony. I met a young man named Ashton, who was working and I had an issue with my phone. I was not receiving data. I was having trouble using it to navigate because I also work for doordash and using my data. I eventually ran out of data. Ashton helped me fix my data issue. He spent a lot of time to figure it out and he didn't give up. He solved that first issue for me. My other issue that I had is that he told me I was eligible to upgrade to the $40/month deal to receive more data. It only would cost $2 and some change to to get it activated right away. Sadly, I had no money to upgrade to the $40 package about having 10 GB of data but I could not get to it because I needed to find $2. To my unfortunate luck, I did not even have change. I had overdrafted on my account, and I also needed gas money. I was not able to use my debit card either. I was stuck. Seeing how I was struggling and how necessary it was for me to upgrade, he told me to hang on for a second. He looked into wallet to see what he had. Then come he went to his car to see if he had some change. He also didn't have any. Then, he called his friend and asked him to then know him like three dollars. After he did that he was able to basically pay for me to get the upgrade. He was a lifesaver and he did whatever he felt was necessary to take care of me and I truly appreciate his care generosity. I need to return to the store to pay him back but I just want to cricket to know that he deserves a raise or he deserves recognition because he was selfless. He went up up and beyond to provide amazing customer service and compassion so if you guys see Ashton know that you will be in good hands. He represented the company very well. The company itself was a little misleading when I actually signed up, because I was told a different rate and that if I stick with auto pay I would only have to pay $25 a month. In the attitude saying that it would lock me in at that rate. Then, I was charged $30 and said that is the monthly rate. The $25 was only going to apply for the first month but it was not going to continue. No it's only a $5 difference but it's the principle of it how you lure someone in believing a certain price when advertised as such. In 1A call to complain about that, they said some excuse and I had to continue paying the $30. Considering that I was at a point where I couldn't even find $2, it was a big deal.That's not what the add said. I was disappointed in that. Anyways, I just wanted to acknowledge and give my shout out to Ashton because he is what made the customer service experience of five star service. It's because of him I upgraded and it's because of him I was able to earn something for myself that night and get gas to pay my other bill. It's because of him I will stick around with cricket and stick with the updgrade. He should be thanked and acknowledged. I also owe him lunch or something.”

“So I dropped my phone noon on a Sunday, the day before a holiday. I brought my phone in to their store during the afternoon. The original time my phone would be finished would be noon on a Tuesday. Luckily for me, they had all the parts I needed for my phone on deck already. They got my phone in perfect working order in literally less than an hour. I am incredibly grateful and will definitely be back with my other devices! Staff is great!”

“Screen was broken, they had the best price. When i picked it up, they told me they had damaged the charging port and had ordered one to replace it, just bring it back in a couple of days. Even though the charging port was still working, they replaced it for free. I would have never known, so kudos to these guys.”

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the AT&T store in Little Elm, TX! As soon as I walked through the door a Sales Rep named Travis asked if he could assist me. He was very helpful and friendly. Travis was also quite knowledgeable about the products he presented to me. He assisted me with transferring my photos and apps from my android device to my iPhone. He advised me that it would take a while instead of just making me wait and not say anything. But fortunately it didn’t take long at all. I also purchased some more items from him. “Went to the Frisco, TX Verizon on Preston Rd by Walmart to fix an issue with my iPhone. Met a great store salesperson named Rayan who was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He will be my Verizon go to from here on out. I found him very informative and direct in a good way when Verizon is famously vague and indirect. He was clear with all the charges and all the accessories I needed. He even helped my daughter in CA from the store in Frisco, TX after the salesperson in CA messed up her transaction like a wrecking ball. Rayan straightened it all out and got us up and running. “Had to stop here to update my information. Unfortunately AT&T wasn't able to verbally modify my personal information over the phone. I found there's a circle of how the system works. The Apple Store sells, and handles particular device issues, and the AT&T individual stores sell accessories, and items as well however they do other things that the Apple Store or the AT&T phone representatives can't do either. This was interesting for me to learn, we're never too old to find out new information. Seth was a great Authorization Representative, and staff member. He understood what I needed, told me about How long it'll be before the system updated my information. Then I Thanked him, and was off to my next stop. I'll definitely return to this location if I'm looking for any other products or I just need help answering questions.”

Eagle helped us , she was beyond amazing, not pushy, helped with all our questions. We actually made a second trip back to also upgrade my watch, and add him to my plan then upgraded his phone and watch.
