“The property is clean well-maintained. The staff and Property Mgr. Viking is especially polite, professional, and courteous I’ve been with the property for many years and recently were across the country, and she was very helpful and personable the entire time with all the questions that I Had. I’ve lost the key to my locker and was trying to find someone in the area while I was driving across the country She helped me the number of some people that would be able to help me on a Saturday after hours I’ll travel to world a lot and at times my credit cards get disabled because the companies think that might be fraud and have missed some payments. She’s always very polite when she would call me and we do her best to try and get late fees waived, especially for my unique circumstances. At one time I was downgrading years ago and she helped me get a locker right around the corner from the one that I was in people like her is the reason that when I move back there in two years that I’ll go back to this location.”
“Moses went above and beyond getting us set up today. If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!! I can’t say enough about him going out of his way to make sure my mom and I were taken care of. Thank you again Moses.”
