βMy first day in Texas and my truck got hit. These guys did everything they could to get me into a rental. I had a previous do not rent from Illinois after making a smaller than a dime spot on a car bumper. The manager did some magic after I showed him the picture and got me into a rental. Put me in a full-size rebel ram. Him and his staff were amazing. The level of customer service I received that day and others went above and beyond my expectations. I've never rented from an enterprise rental store that was this friendly and professional. Whomever trained this team did an outstanding job. Great job team! βI recently rented a car for two days from the Avis location in Frisco. I chose this location because of its excellent reviews and competitive pricing, and I was very pleased with the experience.
The entire rental process was extremely smooth. The owner was very friendly and provided outstanding customer service. He explained everything clearly and even walked me to the vehicle. I also received a complimentary upgrade to an almost-new Chevrolet SUV, which was clean and drove great.
The return process was just as quick and easy. I was impressed to learn that this is a family-run location, and their care for customers truly shows. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this Avis location.β
βCame in on a busy Monday nearing close to exchange a little clown car mirage with something bigger. There were some rude, some obnoxious customers but Journey was very kind and handled everything with patience and great customer service.β

βJavonte is the man!!! He was so open and honest about an online rental I made for a large SUV which I needed to have first thing in the morning (like 7am sharp), and he was willing to call their distribution center, call me back, then contact his counterpart at the 2401 Stemmons Fwy location and secured a large Full-Size SUV for me that was being returned to the other AVIS that afternoon, then he called me back again to confirm that it would be waiting there for me to pick-up at 7am the next day. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is pretty dang near dead in this country, but Javonte stepped up and delivered big time and saved the day! Thank you Javonte!β

Gerard put me in a very nice Pathfinder for slightly more when he didn't have any midsized cars per my reservation. Herman offered me a discount on my next rental when they didn't have someone available to take me to the dealership to pick up my own car.β

β10 stars for customer service. Blake has been phenomenal. Kept me updated on my reservation throughout the process. The cars aren’t perfect - example we had one with smoke odor - but Blake worked with me getting it exchanged, and making every process as easy as possible.
Blake is an exceptional employee who really goes above and beyond. He runs the place by himself and is still able to provide high quality customer service as if he owns the business.
I would return here even if the cars aren’t perfect.β

Update:
Iβve rented from the SIXT location inside the Marriott Dallas/Addison Quorum twice now, and overall my experience has been positive.
On my second rental, I wanted to switch to a different vehicle because Iβm currently looking to buy a new car and thought it would be a good opportunity to try another model. The staff checked for other options, but unfortunately they didnβt have another vehicle available in the same range. They offered to let me keep the car I had just returned, which was perfectly fine with me.
The difficulty came from their computer system. It was extremely slow and kept generating red flags, preventing the staff from completing the rental. They eventually had to involve their manager, and after more than an hour, everything was finally sorted out and I was able to take the same car I had dropped off.
I want to emphasize that the delay was clearly a system issue, not a reflection of the employees. The staff, including the manager, were very helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely tried to resolve the problem as quickly as they could.
One other thing worth mentioning: the location can be somewhat difficult to find if you havenβt been there before. The SIXT office is actually inside the Marriott Dallas/Addison Quorum, so knowing that in advance will make it much easier to locate.
Iβm deducting one star only because the system issue caused more than an hour of delay; the staff themselves were excellent and did everything they could to help.
Despite the frustrating system delay during my second rental, the customer service itself has been very good, and I would rent from this location again.β

βThis is a less crowded location close to many things but there were no car options available to serve your interests, they have assigned me only available car which is different from what they have shown me when checked-in online few hrs prior to my schedule pickup on the very same day. Car they gave me is ok though but not meeting my needs. There was only one person handling all the work, so disappoint to learn this. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.β
βI recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a week and a half. I had several interactions with the staff, 2 of which were phone calls and 3 in person conversations.
The person I originally dealt with upon renting the car got me in and out quickly. I was in the office probably 5 minutes before being taken to my car.
Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and friendly. I felt like a valued customer
When returning the car I was welcomed by Jalon who checked me in and asked me if I needed a ride. I told him I would call a Lyft but he told me to wait right there and Chris would take me to pick up my car. Chris immediately came and drove me where I needed to go. I have rented a lot of cars over the years (most all from Enterprise) but this was the best store I have ever encountered.

βPicked up my rental car on Apr 19 and had a good experience. First booking online was smooth. Picking up I interacted with 3 gentlemen (african american man - manager, other guy working front desk I believe is Indian, and 3rd guy named Zachary who washed my car) - all gave a great experience, friendly personable not too pushy and efficient
I got the car I wanted and asked for them to rush the wash so I could get back to work and then get on the road and they did just that and still did a good job washing.
There were few issues I could hear with car availability and delayed reservations but I did not face this.β
βI rented a care July 24 - July 31. I could not ask for a better experience! I reserved the car online and when I got to Budget, there was a duplicate paid rental. Justin was very helpful, he showed me the number to call, the reference number to give them and was overall - very courteous and helpful! My car was ready - I just needed to give him my driverβs license and I was gone. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The return was even easier! I will be renting from this location again when I need a car.β
