“Johnstone supply is great. I am from out of town and a friend's heat pump failed. They had the items I needed at an incredible price. It took me several trips to get the items I needed as I chased the cause of the multiple failures to their source but they only gave me a bit of grief about the frequent visits. Thanks guys.”

“10.28.22Yes I am giving 5 stars to this Home Depot location. We all know that when you come to a hardware store that if you need an associate they are hard to find one. Well not at this location!! We had several Home Depot associates ask us if we were finding everything ok and if we needed help with something!! We were shocked. They were so nice and polite. Kudos to the management team at this location. We found what we came for and of course a few extra items. This location is the closest to our new home and I am very happy about that. I'm not going to mind coming here.”

“I visited this store with a table leg and an idea. As I was trying to figure out where to go, I was greeted by Calvin. I completely hijacked him from whatever mission he was on. He listened to what I was trying to do and walked me to each and every aisle to help me put together the pieces I would need to make my idea a reality. He helped problem-solve and explained alternative methods. He then took me to select the wood I needed and introduced me to Aaron, who cut the wood for me. THIS...is true customer service. Calvin was friendly and knowledgeable... a true professional. Aaron took the time to double check my measurements, and even thought to use the leftover wood to cut an extra piece. Even, Brenda, at the checkout, was so sweet and helpful. Love this place!!”

We went to 3 HDs, Lowes, Best Buy, and 3 Appliance stores, she was hands down the best person we worked with. She went above and beyond to help us--well done Cynthia!”
