βI know how to work on cars. I did that when I was in college. Now I choose not to. Rusty's Garage will not B.S. you and they basically take ownership regarding the care of your car. What I mean is, they check everything and tell you what you need today and what can wait and they're honest. I know this because I usually know what's broken when I take my car in for service and in 4 decades, this is the first shop that has been spot on about everything and truthful. They don't make the job bigger than it actually is. The rest of the guys out there working on cars, want you to tell them what's wrong and they only fix that and then you have no idea on what else may be going on. And oh..by the way Rusty gives you a warranty on all their work even if you're out of town including reimbursement for a hotel stay if you're out of town and your car fails due to any work they've done. Plus a car wash..I have to stop now because it's almost too good to be true. But it is and I will not take our cars anywhere else.β
βVisited with these folks a couple of times in the past couple of months. Jared, our main salesperson, I say that because it is like a family atmosphere. Every single person takes a moment with you, whether it's a hello or encouragement, what have you. Jared is the man I didn't recognize it but he studies his prey he listens he absorbs information, and places you with the right machine. I admit I was flip flopping- (this is good if this one had that there, if that one came in blue, etc....) he took it all in and pulled a rabbit out of a helmet and came out with what I have been slobbering over for a week) I wanted a top of the line but my pocket said otherwise. Jared showed me one of the bikes that may have had a little dust on it, but it was beautiful to me. It was a little old school with some modern touches. Anyway he matched me with the perfect machine, for that I am grateful. I didn't know how to explain what I was after he was very intuitive. He's a rider (truely) he speaks motorcycle, he knows his bikes. The whole group (if you purchase from them, they make you meet each member of each department.
My son wound up with an even greater bike ( I have bike envy). I left the dealership with a confident rather than buyers remores sensation. I can't speak for my son but I left with a really pleased feeling! I know it's their job to sell, but it was comfortable pressureless.

βI recently had a repair done at Adams in The Woodlands. (I had previously taken my vehicles to Cypress, but moved). The cost was substantial, but we pay extra because the service and quality is worth it. There was some issues with the 3rd party payment plan's fine print that I didn't know until after signing off, as well as a little bit of blind trust on my part. After a week of being salty, I finally took the GM's Mike's call and after hearing me out on all the nuances of my story, he took it upon himself to offer a resolution that was above expectations.β

He explained everything over the phone. He and his assistant arrived on time and proceeded to clean our air duct& dryer vent.They cleaned the dryer from the inside and outside of the unit. βFantastic! First timer and impressively clean, courteous, and 3 different people I spoke to were extremely knowledgeable in issues with my car. And kindly had snacks and refreshments too. So thoughtful.
Brought my Audi A3 in (for sale) to get an inspection list of issues potential buyers might have upon purchase of the vehicle. Then sat down with me going over the list, patiently explaining what the report means, including a cost list for repairs as well. They emailed it to me, with pictures to prove each issue. I was more than impressed. They even pointed out the Audi dealership put my break pads on upsidedown, and used non-Audi parts! WOW!
Everything was warm and fuzzy, including their giant dog that could pass as a teddy bear. I was happy waiving and smiling when I left, only to find a cute stuffed animal on my dash. I can't wait to go over the results with my husband. A couple tweaks and she'll be one heck of a buy for someone else. I feel very blessed to have found this company.
Looking forward to seeing them all again, dog included . Top professionals should be recognized for their value. They wear it well, not being arrogant or short tempered with those of us not understanding all things car related. That is a gift to your customers. God bless you for your kindness.β
