Walked into the store on 2/1/26 at 12:20 pm. Not one of your “salespeople” offered to help me even though they looked at me right in the face. Might want to do some more customer service training. Maybe it’s my skin color. No need to give a useless apology. I’ll move up the chain with this.

Store manager was so rude. We had the card we purchased the shoes with and they said we can’t pull it up off the card. This my first time hearing anything like this.
