She had mentioned during our visit about the credit card with Kelly Community. So that’s why I visited today. She got me all set up. She has been an awesome help and definitely will be returning to her for any of my future needs, and will actually be back in a couple of weeks to get my son set up with his own debit card! “I have been with Telco for years and years I don't have a lot of money but let me tell you these lady's in Tyler, Broadway are the best they treat me like I have millions I wanted to bring them all home and cook them some eggs bacon hashbrowns gravey and home made biscuits. “Several weeks ago I was headed to Tyler to open a new account for a business I am launching in January 2019. I had heard the advertisements for Austin Bank on KTBB radio, and liked what I have heard. I pulled over and checked the bank out, particularly the location on Old Bullard, and read the "one star" reviews from "Sweetness", Patrick, and Debra. Patrick's and Debra's are obviously personal grudges about work issues. When I read Sweetness complaining about Debbie Finley's questions, I knew the review was based on misunderstanding - Debbie was asking questions required to open an account at any bank - these are safeguards introduced by the Feds to interdict money laundering, drug revenue, terrorist funding, and other forms of fraud. I went to the bank and specifically asked for Debbie Finley. She asked me the same questions and more, as I was opening a business account. She was professional, pleasant, and helpful. She offered some options and helped me understand which would be the best fit for my business needs. I detected no falseness in her approach, she is a professional at every level, and a very competent representative of Austin Bank. In fact, everyone in the Bank I have dealt with has demonstrated high levels of professionalism, courteous service, and friendly attitudes. Life lesson, folks: Sometime you are so blinded by your own attitude you miss what is really coming at you. Need to open an account - go see Debbie Finley, just understand she has a job to do, one required by the federal laws and regulations, and she does her job - I wish everyone did!”
