“Our clinic tried this place today. The owner was so warm and welcoming! The tea and coffee were delicious. Such a cute little gem in downtown Lockhart. Definitely recommended and we will be back .”

“First time camping here and loved it! It's a smaller park - only 20 sites & some are quite close together! There are tons of little beautiful trails to explore and enjoy. Not sure if this is the norm here but while camping in April, saw a ton of caterpillars - found out they are Forest Tent Caterpillars. Also there is one restroom area here with three stalls and one shower. Weirdly, this park is known for having a golf course. Definitely check out this gem to get away from the city and chill!”
“Located in the car park of same store, my main complaint is that there is no control of direction of flow through the pumps so you get people approaching from many directions so it's a bit of a lottery who gets the pump next.”

“This particular HEB grocery store is small and one of the older establishments. However, if one is needing just a few items and looking for a convenient location then this store should satisfy. During my most recent visit I picked up bread, milk, and a few other items. This location is much closer to my home than the large store in New Braunfels, and for a few items it is great. Of course the aisles are narrower and the selections are less than a larger store but it does satisfy certain shoppers needs. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. I find that shopping here is pleasant and quick. Thumbs up!”
“This is my deceased mom’s favorite restaurant and I went to high school with the original owners family. The food is consistently good and affordable. The store has great selections so you can’t go wrong. ?”
“They usually are on point but today the only problem I had was they gave me my cheese cake from the bakery with a ripped of sticker which just looks suspicious (it was half the sticker that just said pretty much heb)like I don’t know when it was made what it has in it when it expires etc”
“It is a small station but like the others in this large chain of supermarket stores and gasoline stations, it is very clean and has pumps in good condition, and the prices are affordable compared to its direct competitors. In general everything is good, highly recommended to visit it.”

“I've been using the H‑E‑B in Wimberley for three years since our move to the area. I initially tried other stores but 2020 killed that effort. The practices used by the store for its employees and patrons were exemplary. Due to my husband's health, I used Curbside for that year. Great group of people who are supported by the whole store. Now I shop both in the store and Curbside as needed. Friendly and helpful employees. Good quality veggies and fruits. Good quality meats, fish, and products. I wouldn't shop here if it wasn't clean. The managers listen well to compliments and requests. Now, if they would start carrying Rosemary Pimento cheese again, it would be bliss!”

Just this last time I brought in a BIG OL' glass jar to tare for rice. They helped me get it all set up and were just so kind. They always ask how I am and we share a few stories and laughs.

“There are several very kind and attentive people who work in that place, but there is a young woman who seems to be in her 20s and she is like a despot, I think more than one person will have already noticed her and her attitude, how rude this young girl shows and the worst thing is that she seems to be the daughter of the owners of that place. The rest is all very well, excellent work, everyone else.”
“I would like to say how much I love Dollar General stores for my quick convenient needs, but unfortunately I go in with a certain lowered expectation of quality service. Today changed my perspective.I was shopping around and started looking for the greeting cards section. Almost immediately someone asked if I needed help and then went and grabbed a basket for me to put my 6 items I barely held with my hands. She guided me to the card isle and told me to have a great day. This experience is what customer service was all about. I pass several dollar stores on my way home, but this one will now be my only one.The persons name was Tabatha and she works at the 3100 Windy Hill Road in Buda, TX (78610) location. I made sure to go back in the store and ask for her name. So many people tend to report only the negative experiences and forget to share the wonderful ones.Please do anything you can to tell her what a great asset she is to the store. “My mother in law has a med she hasn't taken in years, because another pharmacy (W) was selling it for $500.00 for one month supply, yep that's right $500.00. Called HEB pharmacy they said we have a discounted plan that can get it for 3 month supply for 39.00. WOW. Thank you HEB for taking the time to research lower prices. This is a life saving medication that she needed. The other pharmacy never offered to research or taken the time to say we have a better option. HEB wemt above and beyond. Thank you sincerely.”

“Been shopping here for years, employees are wonderful, but very little baggers. Also I see what I assume are management, in front talking but not helping cashier's. Also need floor mats in ALL of produce, 2 years ago I slipped and fell on a pepper, I did hurt my leg , some woman came and talked to me, she was nice , asked for store manager, she would not give me that! I did go to my doctor it was a pulled hamstring from the slip and fall, only had minimal cost, did not ask for any reimbursement. Please put rugs through out the produce aisles

Still having issues with not getting my groceries bagged and put back in the cart. Was their last week, the cashier bagged my groceries, left them on counter, gave me my receipt and just stood there looking at me???? I told her I have a balance issue due to nerve damage, thus I have a cane with me, I might fall if I try to load them , it's enough for me to put on the counter to scan. There was a young girl bagging the next register over for a healthy young man and just stayed there and bagged three bags for next customer!!! The cashier did get me someone. Went there yesterday January 3rd, I asked the cashier could I please get a bagger, she just looked at me and said something to an employee near her, they both started laughing, she did bag and put in my cart as I stood there with my walking cane! HEB Buda needs to do better, I have been going there for over 20 years, and spend around $400-$700 a week, use to enjoy going, not so much anymore, maybe I should just load up my groceries and fall, I fell there a couple of years ago slipped on a pepper that was on the floor, still no mats in most of the produce area, please get this corrected”

“I like this store. They have a better selection then Amy other Dollar General in the area. I was frustrated yesterday when I went there to purchase Krimpets. They had them but could not sell them to me as they weren't on the computer. Drove 5 miles out of my way to get them.”
“I have never been in a DOLLAR GENERAL, thinking they are more like a dollar store that sells trinkets. Nothing can be further than the truth. I went to my regular H‑E‑B haunt in search of eggs, they were out. Then, in a whim I tried this store. They are like a mini grocery store. Fresh eggs, milk , butter, bread, and every other kind of grocer item, and at pretty good prices. Mind you, the selection is limited due to the constraints of the store size, but they carry some pretty good brands, not knock-off typical dollar store fare. It's quick to shop & quick to check out.”
