“While visiting Waxahachie, TX over the weekend, I was searching for some pants. I could not find my size, but I was fortunate because I met Juanita, who works in the ladies dept. She assured me that I could order the pants in my size, and they would be shipped to me for free. I did so and was so surprised when the 3 pair of pants I ordered arrived today, only 3 days later! Thank you so much, Juanita, and the shipping crew, who made sure my order was delivered in an expeditious manner to Amelia Island, FL! Juanita has excellent customer service skills, and she was so kind, patient, and helpful!”

“I was having a really bad day and doing retail therapy, I was sniffling because I had been crying and someone in the make up area was like ima need you to blow your nose you gotta let that out. And I told them I was crying not sick, and they asked if they could give me a hug. And I normally don’t hug anyone at all. That hug meant a lot to me and I will never forget. Make sure this employee gets a sweet treat. They deserve it for the kindness I was shown on a bad day.”

“Last Friday I happened to stop by Ross to look for sheets for my bed but, once I get in the store I started looking at dresses also. Once I got home and started unpacking things I noticed my watch was not on my arm. I looked everywhere at home but, nothing turned up. I checked the tracking signal but, it said no device was found. I don't see so well at night but, I prayed and went back to the Ross store. I turned my tracking signal on once in the store and it said device found. The signal was stronger by the dresses but, I searched and searched until my back and body was tired out. As I was writing my contact information down a lady came and said mam let's go look again where the signal was stronger. This lady said I bet it's here under theses clothes. I had no idea there were clothes under the ones hanging up from where customers let the clothes fall on the floor. This lady kept looking, pulling clothes out and there it was, my watch fell out. I hugged and thanked the lady and asked where is the manager so I can let them know how much she helped me. She said I am the manager. Her name is Paula the manager at Waxahachie Ross. It's beautiful to see and feel like you are more than a number. I don't have a lot but, that watch was mine and I needed it. Paula was my angel that night and I want to say how much she helped me and because of Manager / Paula I will always shop at Waxahachie Ross because I know Paula is the manager there and takes care good care of the customers and the store. Thank you Paula.”
“As with any of these stores they are packed full of almost everything. In search of gifts for white elephant and other themed party items. Just about found it all and of course it a great price.”
“I actually dislike going to Walmart...at least in the past. My last two trips here...seems like a new place. I had a young fella help me with 8 bags of soil to my car..the Walmart of the past you wouldn't have anyone offer. Then when I returned for a rush item need a week later...I asked an employee the location of an item..and she PLEASANTLY reaponded and looked up exact aisle for me. I am so happy that it seems this may be the norm to provide good customer service. Thank you walmart for having employees care about the customer!”
“Lately , for the most part , the store has been kept up very well. They suffer a lot of traffic being close to the highway; being a neighbor of the store I appreciate the fact that they're keeping the exterior and interior cleaned up. Now, if they could just get rid of the migrating birds near the entrance, life would be peachy-king.”

“I believe the woman’s name is Linda, might be Lisa, but it starts with an L and she has long dark curly hair. I love her! Everytime she checks me out she is so kinda you can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she’s meeting!! If you’re ever at Target and see her go through her line!”
“Dollar General is one of my "ace in a hole" when it comes to finding items that can no longer be found in the bigger box stores. It's also a quick in and out for picking up items for a meal, last minute laundry products, and even better prices for candles and air fresheners.”

“Want to give a BIG shout out to employee Ms Tangee. A simple transaction @ her check out line, PROVES, genuine old fashioned, FRIENDLY customer service still exists! All of her teammates @ the front counter, AND the Mgr on duty, behind them, also seemed very nice & customer oriented. Highly recommend this store for your shopping needs!”
