“Had great customer service today at UPS store in Midlothian. Took a return, clerk named Lyrick noticed that it required shipping fee and after asking if it was Amazon return, she took time to explain Amazon ship policies to me that I wasn’t aware of. She suggested that I call Amazon customer service, which I did, and Amazon said they would cover ship cost. I appreciate that Lyrick took the time to explain and give me an Amazon customer service card that the store has pre-printed for customers. Lyrick’s information was thorough and spot on and I ended up saving $83 in shipping an item back to the seller. Thank you for awesome customer service! Good job to the whole store and employees! After getting the run around from the corporate office, she went out of her way to assist me with filing my claim.
