“This review is solely based on my interaction with the patient kind manager, Kim at this store. She was so helpful when I told her about my lost package. After getting the run around from the corporate office, she went out of her way to assist me with filing my claim. I am upset that UPS delivered my package to the wrong address and won’t retrieve it, but the level customer service I received from Kim was exceptional! She truly cares about her customers.
