“I LOVE this boutique. Not only do I love this darling boutique but so do my girls. It has a children’s section and my girls love to check out all the fun things they carry. I love just about everything in this store. Their clothing is so cute, they have home decor, and they carry one of my favorite artists, Jan Barboglio. This is also my “go-to” store for gifts. I highly recommend checking out this super fun and very friendly store.”
“I was excited to get my new grill installed from my purchase at BBQ Outfitters. When the installers were finished, it didn't fit right. Wrong size grill for the space I have. To be honest, I was not happy. However, Justin stepped in, made me a priority and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Thanks Justin for turning my frown upside down. “I just purchased an UPLIFT Desk that will be going into my office/craft room. I decided on UPLIFt after seeing one that my son had purchased several months ago for his office. I was very impressed with the workmanship & the fact that you build what you want & need...it's not just a cookie-cutter piece. The other thing that impressed me was the customer service. After placing my order, I found an offer in my SPAM folder with a coupon code to get a free LED desk light. I sent a message to ask if it was possible to use the code. I wasn't sure because I had already used one for 5% off my entire order & am already receiving 6 or so other items at no charge for the sale that they're having. Shortly afterwards, Aalilyah Wilson, Customer Success Specialist, called me to say that it wouldn't be a problem at all. She added it to my order & emailed an updated invoice reflecting that it had been added at no additional charge. I also received assistance from Fantasia Banks on a separate call. She was able to assist with releasing my order for shipment that I had put on temporary hold. My desk & all the components arrived within 2 days. It's so nice to find a customer-oriented business that is pleasant to their customers! Have no fear ordering from UPLIFT Desk!”

“So I show up just before closing on a Friday night. Explained I had been on the road for a few days and needed a mattress “now”. Chris could have said we are closing and sent me elsewhere. Instead he took the time to share his wealth of knowledge and help me pick the right mattress for me. But then… he went over the top and researched other stores to find what I wanted. Next Chris went with me to another location that was already closed and helped me load my new mattress into my truck so I could have it today. Boy was it heavy, two of us had to work hard at loading it. Wait for it… there is more! Chris offered to follow me home to my apartment to offload so I was not stuck alone with the wonderful very heavy PREMIUM PURPLE MATTRESS. The world needs more like Chris and if you need a mattress … go find Chris ?”

With her having a lovesac couch of her own she was very knowledgeable with everything and you could tell her sincerity and love for the product! We went in just to compare with other brands but ultimately went with lovesac for how versatile and easy everything is! I looked at MANY different modular sofas even had a comparison chart and lovesac just takes the cake for reliability and comfort. I’m excited to receive our couch and will update when it comes!”
