“I'm now willing to drive a little further than Walmart to shop at this Kroger. The meat department employees are considerate and helpful. A woman from the bakery came to talk to my 3(!) kids and offer them cookies. The store may be a little older than normal, but it's well taken care of. Only drawback, no carts for kids like other Kroger stores had.”

“I loved shopping at Brookshires. Large islands. They had items that I like but hard to find. Also, prices are higher than other storesI love HEB in Waxahachie because I'm from San Antonio, and we have HEBS . You really need to be competitive price wise. So items are doubled. If did find some bargains. YES I will stop at Brookshire againI will also compare prices before I buy.”

“My experience was great, an customer service is great, you can also get hot food, they have a deli, and you can pick up a few item's, if you can't make it to the larger convenience "Hi Ho" might just have what your looking for. The beverage's are always cold, and sometimes you may meet someone from the neighbor hood, friend/classmate/ co-worker/ or people that you remember at church. And "Hi Ho Grocery" has been around for years, an I hope that it stays that way. I shall be returning to this store soon. Thanks for your convenience store on the corner of Beckley and Saner !!!”

“Described by more than one friend as the best TexMex in the Denton area, my friends Roy and Beth took me to the Krum location to feast on tilapia tacos, chicken and beef, It was good, except for the queso, which was watery and just not that tasty. I find it impossible that they don't know how to make queso since anybody with some velveeta and rotel chillies can whip it up in a microwave. It's the old double the price of your meal with the appetizers trick.”

“I don't go here too shop, so that is why I gave it 4 stars. The grocery type items are a bit higher than any other store. With that said, I do love their fresh cooked food! The ladies there are always nice, even when super busy, and the food is always good. Give it a shot if you're in the area. Good food and quick service.
