I went in planning to buy a Speed Queen, and I left having purchased a GE washer. The price was just too good. Carlos and Rolando were fabulous to work with. These men took my sofa and basically rebuilt the inside of it! They brought it back quickly and got it into my home and set up again. I'm super grateful as I just moved here from out of state & didn't have other furniture.”

“It took over 6 months to get a replacement, but Expressions pulled through and corrected the issue. The tables had turned when it was the manufacturer that was ripping us off. Don't buy a Bertazzoni appliance: they have a weird policy and process for replacing faulty systems... makes you feel like they are giving you the run around. My point is that my frustration was more so with Bertazzoni than Expressions. Expressions got us a replacement appliance when Bertazzoni was refusing to replace it.”

We also purchased a light fixture from another vendor who went out of business and when the fixture failed, the manufacturer would not work directly with me as a consumer. I reached out to Ferguson who sells the same brand and Glenn generously stepped in and worked through the process to get us replacement parts. Really appreciate his willingness to help out when they didn’t sell the original fixture – defines great customer service in my book.”

Beautiful people, Denise is a champ and Randy has a ton of knowledge on everything sold to fit your needs to the right equipment.I love this place.UPDATE 08/02/2022Denise and her team really hit it out of the park.Randy, Wade, and Julian made the 165 mile trip for instillation and were outstanding to work with. New construction so there were hicups, but these guys troubleshoot like the pros they are. No issue was too much, BUT, planning and guidance from Randy before the instillation were part of the success. Just listen to him and work with your construction/renovation contractors to get the little things ironed out.Homewerks really over delivered. I appreciate Denise really listening to my request to get a special set of knobs in for my BlueStar, that was the icing on the cake.Thank you Denise, Randy, Wade, and Julian, you all are awesome!”

“I just wanted to extend my gratitude for Mr.Charles Flemming!!!! Mr.Javier, and the it techs, I just read the latest review of this place, I must say I downright disagree, I had an issue with a residential installation, Mr.Charles, personally, loaded a replacement unit, drove to the other side of town to bring me a replacement unit, after going through total diog, with IT, Mr.Kevin, we figured out we had another component causing my issues, within 40 mins, Mr.Javier was there with the replacement coil, folks this kind of "customer service " is un-heard of in this day and age, my customer is 94 yr, military veteran, and the guys at this place did today something I've never seen, I am blown away by the service, and you better believe I'm spreading the word, absolutely the best customer service in all my 13 yes, of working with all the distributors in the city. Hands down Amazing, if I could say anything else to prove my gratitude, not only for my customer and his family, but for myself and mine. “I've always been a Lowe's girl, I usually only venture into Home Depot when they have something that I can't find at Lowe's. That's what brought me to the Bitters Home Depot on Tuesday May 24th, they had something I couldn't get anywhere else. I needed Rust-oleum Home Floor Coating and I needed it tinted to Seattle Mist. I couldn't find it anywhere on the shelf of the paint dept. and just when I was about to go looking for help, help arrived by the name of Sam. I told him what I wanted and he began the hunt. Turns out they were up on a high shelf with the extra stock, so Sam went to get a ladder and got a light base and a deep base down since we didn't know which one was needed.Then the real fun began. Poor Sam. I told him the color choice and he went to the computer and nope-wrong base, but it wasn't the wrong base. Tried again with the deep base and nope-wrong base again. Sam tried everything, all while never once losing his patience with me and all my questions. He was exceedingly kind, knowledgeable and understanding, and he never gave up. In the end, he got me my Seattle Mist floor paint and he thanked ME for my patience. I am so grateful to have had Sam to work with on this because truly, HE was the patient one, no lie I asked about 142 questions. I think from now on all my future paint needs are going to be met here at the Bitters location just so I can work with Sam again!Also, I can't forget about Ron who also helped me with mixing a trim color while I was waiting for Sam to work his magic. Ron was helpful, kind, funny and he had my paint mixed and done so fast I couldn't believe it!”
