“This is the 3rd time I have been back to this amazing business. I am 46 years old and have been in sales since 18 years old and I have seen it all, unfortunately almost everything in this life is a con or scam and the few good people that are left you’ll be lucky to meet one every 5 years. This company has more humility that I haven’t seen since the 1980’s running around with my parents. It all started when my son still in middle school took my Tahoe when me and his mom were asleep late at night without our permission of course. He had seen something on YouTube called a neutral drop. He had put the Tahoe in neutral and took the RPM up to 3,000 and then slammed the Tahoe into drive not only blowing the transmission but also the rear differential. When I told them how I make barely any money working at a Toyota supplier and that I had lost my job due to this; they were very compassionate and genuinely felt for me as all the employees there also have teenage sons. They helped me get financed even with not so good credit and gave me a price that made me feel extremely comfortable and grateful. A few years later my son had matured or at least I thought he did and I started allowing him to take the truck sometimes to spend time with his little girl friend. Unfortunately he actually ended up doing it again but a different way this time. This time he was racing some other kid from his school. Once again they were extremely compassionate about the situation and was as surprised as I was that this had actually happened again because we agreed we would have never done anything like this at that age but hey this is Generation Z were talking about. They had given me a even better price then before because I was a returning customer. The good news is, is now both my son and daughter are both United States Marines and the boy is doing quite well and been in 2 years already and has seen Europe/Japan and South Korea all by 22 years old. Now my daughter followed her brother and has been in less then a year and not long ago just made it to the fleet after Bootcamp/S.O.I/ and MOS school. She has a 2006 Chrysler 300C with 182,000 miles on it. We had recently replaced the engine because she was not paying attention to the heat gauge and a hose came off overheating the engine and blowing the heads.she had recently told me how much she needed her car because her base in ocean side California is the biggest Marine base in the world and that you can drive 15 miles and still be on base. Also that she had missed some important classes to obtain different licenses for her transportation job in motor-t. I did the research and found out that Chrysler 300’s transmissions usually go out around 150,000 miles. I told her your not going to like what I have to say but me as a dad in his right mind can not give you this car without rebuilding the transmission. I explained that it will go out and that people will take advantage of you because you’re a young woman and on top of that everything in California is more expensive than Texas.So I explained to Tony my concerns and what I was trying to do and since my daughter was serving our country they gave us a price that was impossible to pass up. Now I feel like we are practically family and my daughter is extremely happy. You see if I would have went anywhere else like AAMCO with a working transmission and asked them to rebuild it, they would have said they did and probably wouldn’t have because once that transmission is closed up how would you ever know and unfortunately that’s the world we live in and AAMCO is a horrible company along with many others. You see Gene Brown isn’t trying to get a customer for one day, they are trying to get a customer for a lifetime and I am proud to say I am now a lifelong customer and so will be my children and there children.”

They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.
If I sound impressed, it is because I am. They also can do or arrange for some chassis work. He also said he can work on some sealed RV roof air conditioners, depending on model. I don't know of anyone else who will work on them.
This is a first class operation that sets the standard for all other mobile services.”

“Erik was referred to us by my brother, and he did not disappoint. My husband's Bronco Sport had a cabin leak; a plant was growing on the passenger-side floor. We took the bronco back to McCombs Ford West, and they couldn't find the issue; instead, they blamed Safelite because we had the windshield replaced. Instead, McCombs Ford West charged us $200 for basically doing nothing. They handed us a bill for the cost to replace the carpet and replace the muffler; the cost would have been at least four grand.
We went to Safelite, and there was no issue with the windshield. Told my husband we are not giving money to McCombs Ford West, and we should get a second opinion. Erik and his team worked on the Bronco right away, showed us that nothing was wrong with the muffler, and then explained the possible sources of the leak. Erik communicated everything he did with the vehicle, called the extended warranty, recorded conversations, and went beyond, more than what McCombs Ford West did; they actually did nothing but collect money. Erik did not charge a get rich amount of money, he was very reasonable.
Erik and his team found the problem, fixed it, and explained what we could do next, since our extended warranty wouldn't cover anything. By the way, if you have an extended warranty, it's a waste of money. The extended warranty was purchased through McCombs Ford West.
Erik and his company have customers for life; we will no longer be taking our vehicles anywhere else. If you have a Ford vehicle, take it to Boerne Ford; they were excellent at helping us get the carpets replaced. Erik has a substantial background in vehicle maintenance.
