“This is one of the most impressive businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Diana in the office is knowledgeable and very personable. They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.
If I sound impressed, it is because I am. They also can do or arrange for some chassis work. He also said he can work on some sealed RV roof air conditioners, depending on model. I don't know of anyone else who will work on them.
This is a first class operation that sets the standard for all other mobile services.”

I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.”

I went to another place called Jackie’s Auto Clinic. The owner is polite and accommodating to his customers’ schedules but I was misled into getting an unnecessary $400 “fix” to my AC issue while I got the money to replace it outright. The fix did nothing to help the issue, which the owner admitted would probably happen, but he convinced me to give it a shot. And, come back when I can afford a full system replacement because “may as well get it all new for a few hundred more” rather than just replace the part I needed.
I went to Vollmer about six months after this and got my AC fixed for less than what the other mechanic quoted me- because I only had necessary work done on my system. Dominic also explained why I didn’t need a whole AC system replacement, which I appreciate. He has never tacked on unnecessary fees for his work. If anything, they have made little fixes to my car without charging me.
You can tell that the people at Vollmer are straight shooters. I’ll only go to Vollmer now. Thanks, Dominic!”

“This place is amazing! They helped me out with a nail in my tire. After going to Discount Tire to fix my tire they told me it need to be replaced and they could not plug or path the tire based on location. They wanted me to spend $220 on a new tire with their discount. I left to shop around, to get a second opinion. Once I arrived to Alfanso Tire Shop and showed them the tire, they said they could fix it. They briefly went over the pros and cons with me, then I asked him what would he do? Long story short based on his recommendation I had to only pay $10 to get the tire it plugged. I want to say, stop by this shop first before going anywhere else. Im sure you wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks Alfonso Tire Shop, You have a customer for life.”
“This will be our go to auto shop for as long as it possibly can be. We took our vehicle there for the first time this week. Brian gave us a run down of everything that could be done and then detailed the more immediate needs. They had the car fixed up ahead of schedule and went above and beyond to make sure our tires were safe for an upcoming trip. They even put together a bag of snacks for my two kids for the road trip! “Found this shop via a search on Google Maps when my 2015 Cayenne S broke down during a business related trip to the San Antonio area. They were helpful in my first phone call and I decided to have vehicle towed to them for repairs. I knew what broke but it was good to have a shop look the vehicle over and do the repairs, especially given that I do not live in the area. Within a couple of weeks they had it repaired and cleaned up then I picked up the vehicle during another business related trip. I'd recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs in the shops area.”
“At protech you get to speak directly to certified mercedes tech that works on your car, unlike at the dealership. Also, there are no upsales by some dealership “service manager”. The turn around time for work is much less time than you’d get anywhere else, especially the dealership. Highly recommend, been coming here for years.”
