“I have been coming here for the last few months to cash checks. Their staff isn't as friendly as some of the other frost banks I have been to, and when I had lost my driver's license and had a paper copy of my new one they wouldn't honor it (I think they are still supposed to though) they talked to management and there was some kind of issue with proving it was me even though the paper copy had my photo. I guess it wasn't watermarked? But after I got my ID, everything has been fine. I normally use the drive through. It's very easy to use and by the way the cinnamon coffee at frost bank is delicious! and so are their sugar cookies!”
