He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”

“People are nice and I can always find what I am looking for. Lowes didn't have 2x12 pieces of lumber. I thought that was strange. Maybe bc it was my first experience but I thought the lumber was in much better condition. Also, their paint selection is better.”

They even took the time to switch the dryer door to the other side- which required taking part of the dryer apart- just to make our small laundry room more functional.
