“I’m pretty new at lawn mowers so when I broke a piece of the plastic top I was horrified I wouldn’t know how to get the right part and put it on. It couldn’t have been easier! I entered the make, model and size of my Ryobi lawnmower and a labeled drawing popped up. I was able to identify my needed part, ordered and paid on line and within one week my part, the correct part, was delivered to my home!
Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? I’m 70 and now I can fix my own lawnmower!”
“Great customer service! Super sweet, knowledgeable and informative staff. Great inventory of high quality appliances at incredibly low, bargain basement prices. Used, refurbished or slightly scratched or dented appliances come with a 90 day warrenty, and they offer delivery and installation at a very reasonable price. I’m telling everyone I know, if you’re in the market for a washer, dryer, refridgerator, oven or stovetop, don’t go to Lowe’s or Home Depot, go to RD Appliances first. I wish I had known about this place years ago. Do your self a favor and save hundreds, go to RD Appliances. Your wallet will thank you.”
“Josh and his Barbecues Galore team in Allen was so helpful and knowledgeable when my wife and I were trying to pick out what we needed for our new backyard entertainment area. Josh listened to our input and advised us on a great setup (grill and griddle) which wasn’t even the most expensive equipment options available. And when it came to a manufacturer’s issue we couldn’t resolve with our new pellet grill Josh proactively stepped up and got everything resolved and working. It is the kind of customer service that will keep us coming back to Josh and Barbeques Galore in Allen, TX!”

When I go to home improvement stores I'll be come invisible somehow my superpower wore off, they actually saw me. Going to Lowe's has taught me you need to bring your own man but I felt like a celebrity, I heard excuse me Miss can I help you I'm like do they think I'm somebody else or what. I'm so thankful home Depot you did a great job of acknowledging me and making me feel like I guess I'm not a ghost when I walk through those doors. Thank you home Depot rowlett you did a great job.”

“I want to personally shout out Victoria in this store. She is the epitome of customer service. I picked an already sold recliner set and didn’t really want any other kind. First she called a few stores looking for it with no luck, then gave me the option to order although I didn’t really want to do that. Finally, she was able to get the set back I had from a different store and get it delivered the next day. I told her I needed a 30 min call ahead so I can leave work, which the delivery drivers did, but it was written in capital letters and highlighted on my agreement as a reminder to them. She was pleasant and accommodating from the time I walked in the store until the final call to set my delivery time. I recommend this store to everyone and anyone.”
