“I came there to buy a grill. When I needed help on finding the liquid for charcoal to make fire, no one helped me out even though I kept asking. I asked the lady in the back, she told me come ask in the front. When I came to the front, I asked them again, then they called someone in the back. Finally I went home without getting what I need. I felt disappointed. Wish they have a better service.”

“I purchased a refrigerator this morning and it was installed by lunchtime. The refrigerator looked exactly as the many photos that were sent to me Since I cannot leave my home. It looks brand new and works great. Office personnel as well as the gentlemen that delivered the new refrigerator and hauled off the old one were very professional. I cannot recommend this place too much. The next time I need any major appliance I will contact them immediately. This is a great company.”

Not a “pushy salesman” but extremely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and what was important to me, ultimately leading me to the perfect sectional. Incredibly knowledgeable!I was truly surprised at how easy the financing process was and how quickly the transaction went. He didn’t refund me but at least gave me the entire amount in credit store and since I need a slightly larger TV, I agreed with the store credit.And the reason for a no 5 stars review, it was because I waited over half hour, two customer service clerks and a manager of the store to get the return accepted.”

“I want to personally shout out Victoria in this store. She is the epitome of customer service. I picked an already sold recliner set and didn’t really want any other kind. First she called a few stores looking for it with no luck, then gave me the option to order although I didn’t really want to do that. Finally, she was able to get the set back I had from a different store and get it delivered the next day. I told her I needed a 30 min call ahead so I can leave work, which the delivery drivers did, but it was written in capital letters and highlighted on my agreement as a reminder to them. She was pleasant and accommodating from the time I walked in the store until the final call to set my delivery time. I recommend this store to everyone and anyone.”
