“One of the best customer service i have received! They have sufficient staff to help walk in customers, and patiently go over what the customer needed. Jason really explained to me what i need for my new irrigation setup looks like and gave me a detailed list of parts to buy, and i can check the actual prices and what the parts look like on their website. He also gave me a list of contractors if i decide to ask someone else to do it for me. Doing it all for the first time, this is really the place to visit to get helps! Very much appreciated!”

The checkout man was friendly and helpful and later kindly added to my order over the phone which saved me an extra trip to the nursery. Pedro and his crew did a great job planting my new tree! They were quick and the job was professionally and beautifully done! I really appreciate that he answered all my questions. I am 100%+ satisfied. I have my eye on some other plants. When I go to home improvement stores I'll be come invisible somehow my superpower wore off, they actually saw me. Going to Lowe's has taught me you need to bring your own man but I felt like a celebrity, I heard excuse me Miss can I help you I'm like do they think I'm somebody else or what. “I don't know how this place can get any reviews less than a 5! If you're in or around Garland and you're looking for a special accent tree or trees this is the place. Nobody does what phuongs' nursery can do for the price and quality.
Their roses plants are super high quality giving big blooms and growing strong compared to the ones I got from other nurseries.
The guy working there is super helpful and knowlegeable to help with the selection of trees/plants and loading them to the car.”
“6/24/26: Miguel, at Customer Service desk was awesome. I had several items to return due to lack of wall space. He was friendly, patient, and professional. He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”
“People are nice and I can always find what I am looking for. Lowes didn't have 2x12 pieces of lumber. I thought that was strange. Maybe bc it was my first experience but I thought the lumber was in much better condition. Also, their paint selection is better.”
“Huge shoutout to the Home Depot delivery team! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. They even took the time to switch the dryer door to the other side- which required taking part of the dryer apart- just to make our small laundry room more functional. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they did it anyway. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They deserve a raise!”

“I got a safe from here, waited a little bit before going through with buying it. The day I was going to go ahead and purchase it, it went off sale. The store honored the discount which was already doing me a great favor. Sadly the safe ended up have some sealing problems but after talking with Tractor Supply they were happy to get an exchange. The store waited for a brand new one that was still in the box to show up and even held it for me to make sure I got that one.
Im not one to write reviews but this for sure warranted it. The manager and employees went well above and beyond for me. Thank y'all so much for helping me out and being patient with getting me an exchange. Couldn't have been happier and couldn't have gotten better service.”
