I was looking for a riding lawn mower. I know I wanted good quality and a good price. Riley was extremely patient with me, he took the time to explain the different riding lawn mowers they carry, but I cannot tell you how many times he was about to ring the price and I changed my mind as to which tractor I wanted. He was very, very, very patient with me. He helped me with the credit application, he did all the work and not once became impatient with me.
My next dilemma was how to get the tractor from point A to point B. I KNOW they could have loaded the tractor to my truck, but the problem was HOW I was going to unload it without destroying the tractor or killing myself. So Riley and Derek put their thoughts together and Derek was so kind that he delivered the tractor on his truck to my house the next day. Derek took the time to show me how the tractor worked, he made me ride the tractor so I could become familiarized with the machine, and he answered all my questions.
This purchase could not have happened without Riley and Derek. It just shows you THEIR dedication, teamwork, awesome customer service, and most importantly, DEDICATION and LOYALTY to their employer (Tractor Supply Company), by going out of their way to help a client and make a sale.
