Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. “Someone damaged the hood of my car at the grocery store. Dented and scraped. I was reviewing shops as I was not going to file a claim for this. I told my cousin what happened and she told me that she would not take her car anywhere but Mr Car Shine! She met me there for an estimate so she could say hello to the owner and after reading the reviews prior to the visit I didn’t look any further. They only had my car for a few days and I am so pleased. They did an awesome job and the price was more than reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is in need of a great body shop. Very, very happy!”

“I needed a tow to the dealership. I randomly called KB Towing. I didn’t get any names, but the man who answered the phone was very professional. He said it would be around 30 minutes before someone would be there. To my surprise, less than 15 minutes later, the driver called and said he was in my alley. It was like he was waiting for me to call! At any rate, when he got here, he wanted to see what the car was, or was not, doing. To my shock, and embarrassment, my car started. They charged me a fair fee for a cancellation, but I appreciated their quickness and professionalism. I highly recommend KB Towing.”

“Honest guys! Toyota wanted over $4000 to replace my transmission after running a full diagnostic. Lonestar said it needed a simple repair and I appreciate their honesty. UPDATE - 10/30/23 We just traded the Toyota Tacoma mentioned above. The transmission was still perfect after 240,000 miles. No problems with the repair in 8 years and 130,000 additional miles”

“The transmission failed in my van and I was just able to get it off the road and into a parking area on coast.I called a couple of towing companies and they were all quoting a couple of hours or the call went to vm.These guys quoted me an hour and then called back 5 minutes later to knock 30 minutes off that time.They probably were not the cheapest option I could have chosen but how do you judge what a 75 mile tow costs.My driver was professional, friendly and courteous and helped make a bad journey seem faster than it would have done if I had been left to stew over the problem.I would use this company againServices: Special vehicle towing”

“While the service was good and the staff was friendly and VERY thorough, if your in a time crunch my advice is dont be and take a number, a simple oil change took just over an hour to have done with only 1 car ahead of me. Glad they checked other things but its just an oil change not 100 point inspection.”
