“The place is amazing. The building and units are really well maintained and having a heated parking garage is a crazy good perk. Being able to walk 30 seconds and be on the frontrunner station is something I won't take for granted again. Whenever I've had a maintenance request, the issue is solved really quickly. I feel like the walls are much thicker and have better soundproofing than anywhere else I've lived. Its been a great place to live and the people and staff here have always been friendly and keep the place nice.”

“I moved in several months ago and have had a really incredible experience! A few things I've loved most:
-Leasing Office Staff: I've worked with all of them but mostly with Dominique and Kellen. Both have been super friendly, responsive and helpful from the moment I toured here to dealing with day-to-day questions. Just really great people.
-Maintenance: Top-notch, friendly team. I especially have to shoutout Dave. He's amazing. Has dealt with all of my requests very quickly and has done incredible work with each of them. Can't praise him enough.
-Amenities: This is main reason I moved here. You really can't beat all of the amenities and I've lived in several different communities. You can see them all on the website but I feel like they have everything I need, which makes me so excited to live here.
-Activities: It seems like they have at least some type activity every week. Just this past weekend they had an awesome brunch with a DJ on the rooftop. Vibes were incredible. They do a really good job of engaging the residents and creating fun environments.

“I’ve had a great experience living at Windgate at Bountiful Apartments. The community is well kept, quiet, and a really comfortable place to call home. One of the biggest reasons for that is the amazing staff.
The manager, Michelle, is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she has been easy to talk to and quick to respond. She truly cares about the residents and does a great job making sure everything runs smoothly.
Joe from maintenance is also incredible. He is very skilled, friendly, and always does excellent work in the apartments. Whenever a repair is needed, he takes care of it quickly and makes sure everything is done right. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does.
Overall, Windgate at Bountiful is a great place to live thanks to the hardworking and caring staff. I really appreciate everything Michelle and Joe do to make this community such a positive place to live.”
“The units are huge, I love the private fences! Property manager was friendly and able to answer all my questions. I like that they do not have any add on fees, that’s so rare to find these days.”
“Good place to live. Reasonably priced, decent apt amenities, safe community, and not a lot of noise at all. But the water heaters always popped and made noise, so it takes some adjustment when trying to sleep.The fixtures inside are kind of old, but they get the job done and make the apartment a place to sleep and eat. Never had a problem with the internet, think my Xbox read like 175mb down. Lots of parking, dumpsters conveniently placed. Fitness center isn't a fitness center at all, but most people have a gym membership so no harm no foul.Would live here again for sure, only leaving because there wasn't a larger floor plan available at the time.”

She is a person who gives attention to detail. She is very thorough in her approach to everything. I've seen the attention she gives to the apartments. She is an excellent apartment manager. I have never seen her be unreasonable with anyone.”
“Manny & Alicia are the very best in the leasing office !! They communicate so well and straightforward. They go above and beyond to help you find your perfect home. The maintenance here is very attentive and always on time! There is always maintenance on call even after hours, maintenance shows up which is pretty awsome! We're going to hit our year staying here in The Parks apartments and we will definitely be renewing our lease with them again. Hurry and get the new special deals they got going on its soo worth it! Thank you Manny & Alicia and the maintenance team! We love it here !
