“Love the owners of this location (and they own the 7/11 in West Point). You can tell it's a "mom and pop" kind of store because it's not a "sterile environment" but that's part of what I love; supporting local business owners. The owners are friendly and work hard to take care of their customers.I did have an issue with one of their employees constantly hitting on me and never taking no for an answer, he only got more forward and insistent. It got to the point he started to follow me out of the store late at night. I let the owners know and he was immediately dismissed. They were incredibly gracious about the whole thing. I love talking with them, celebrating and sharing in their culture”
“Not much to say! They overachieved!!!! Took my car in with no sound after having another shop “fix” it and they got it going gave me everything I needed to get it to work and explained everything to me that was going on with it!! I’ll definitely be coming back for any other work that needs to be done!”

“I had speakers installed by them in a new car that I bought. There was a vibration in one side of the speakers that I tried everything to solve and couldn’t. They got me in and fixed the problem quickly and now it sounds great. They were also not condescending or rude which I was dreading as a female going into a male dominated space.”

Basically, my pc was crashing whenever I would run a specific game, I was super anxious I would need to replace the GPU or PSU. I had to leave home for a week but they kept me in the loop with the tests the where doing AND gave me a new power cord since the likely suspect was my cat chewing threw mine and causing the lack of power my pc needed.
These guys where really nice and put up with my worrying, would come here again😊”

He did not hesitate or tell me to come back in the morning. He helped me and was so extremely nice and just great service. He deserves a raise!!!”

“This is by far THE best T-mobile experience I've ever had. When we got setup for T-Mobile in Arizona, the dude who set us up didn't know what he was doing, and was just rushing us to get us out it seemed. Following that, we had so many issues with our account including extra fees, unable to access our bill, and more. We went to the Riverdale T-Mobile store, the Clearfield one, and multiple other ones just to be quickly shunned out when expressing needing help with our problem, seemingly like they didn't care to help us. We came to this store & was immediately kindly welcomed in by Whitney (please ask for her she's the BEST!!!!) and she helped us through EVERYTHING we needed and was so so kind and helpful. I will only ever return to this store because of her & her manager Daniel, they were both amazing and sweet. Genuinely the best customer service ever.”

“Firstly I would like to say I don’t usually go to 711 but this experience has made me think I should come here more. We came around 2-2:40am and we were greeted with a nice smile and welcome! The kind women who was running the store at this time was extremely kind! We got some slurpees and were locking for some snacks. The kind women let us know that if we wanted any warm food she could make it for us. She proceeded to make us what we requested and nicely wrapped all the food and was very cleanly and thoughtful. She even put all the warm food in its own separate paper bag with extra napkins and a little bag of condiments. I’m not usually one to write reviews… but it’s people like her that make the whole experience worth talking about!! By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any gas station!”

“I have been to Verizon stores across the country, and have never had an experience like the one I did two weeks ago at the store in Layton, Utah. I worked with Issach Tripp, and he was able to make it his mission to make sure I was clear of all of the changes made to my 20 year old family account to allow me to feel safe shopping in store after a terrible experience.
I had tried to do an order online, but was unclear about my monthly charges and decided to go into the store which is what I wanted to avoid completely.
Issach took 10 minutes to look at my account to get a full understanding of what was happening, and was able to get me set up with 3 different services I was already paying for, but showed me a breakdown of how much it would cost to save as much money as possible.
In no way did I feel any sort of pressure from him or his manager Esmay (I did not get the spelling of her name so I apologize if it’s incorrect). Both of them made the entire process very smooth, clear, pressure free, and exciting.
If I could give this store more stars, I would 100% do so, as I cannot thank Issach and Esmay for getting my wife and I fully taken care of.
I will never work with anyone besides Issach.”

“Oscar and Ruby have such great customer service. Me being a project manager over a huge contract. I was very impressed on how well they handled , what me and my husband observed. When we arrived there was no other customers, but us they were very welcoming and polite. Seconds later the whole store filled up with more customers. They welcomed everyone while staying focused on the current customers , never once did we fell rushed like we were being rushed threw. They were able to help everyone one of us. Before I knew I looked around as we were finishing up . I was like wow you guys handle that full house very well with no signs of pressure or stress. Very good employees you have there. Thank you”

“After having been an Android user for 25 years, The Dove and I went to our local TMOBILE store in Clinton Utah. We traded our Android phones for brand new IPhones, Pro17 Max.
We met Whitney at the store who took care of us, held our hand, reassured us that everything would be ok.
We were so nervous, about changing phone brands but Whitney was just great. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
