“Love the owners of this location (and they own the 7/11 in West Point). You can tell it's a "mom and pop" kind of store because it's not a "sterile environment" but that's part of what I love; supporting local business owners. The owners are friendly and work hard to take care of their customers.I did have an issue with one of their employees constantly hitting on me and never taking no for an answer, he only got more forward and insistent. It got to the point he started to follow me out of the store late at night. I let the owners know and he was immediately dismissed. They were incredibly gracious about the whole thing. I love talking with them, celebrating and sharing in their culture”

“I went in for a dashcam install. Very simple and professional service scheduling the install. The only issue I had was I had to detach the camera from the windshield and relocate it slightly because rear-facing cabin camera was blocked by the rear-view mirror. Fair install price for sure.”
“I had a Sony XAV-AX4000 headunit installed. Called in on a Monday, got a bid that was significantly lower than other installers in the area, and was able to get it installed on a Thursday. Fast and polite workers. I would definitely go back for any future installations.”

“Richard and Sydney were awesome in helping us switch plans to T mobile as well as setting up our new phones. There were a few hiccups along the way on both sides to transfer from our old phones to the new ones, but they all worked out in the end. They even offered to drive to a different location to pick up a second phone if they didn't have 2 in stock that we wanted. Richard was very clear in his detailing out the plans, prices, and perks we were eligible for and walked us through everything. I've been in retail for 35 years and this is some of the best customer service I've received!”
