“Firstly I would like to say I don’t usually go to 711 but this experience has made me think I should come here more. We came around 2-2:40am and we were greeted with a nice smile and welcome! The kind women who was running the store at this time was extremely kind! We got some slurpees and were locking for some snacks. The kind women let us know that if we wanted any warm food she could make it for us. She proceeded to make us what we requested and nicely wrapped all the food and was very cleanly and thoughtful. She even put all the warm food in its own separate paper bag with extra napkins and a little bag of condiments. I’m not usually one to write reviews… but it’s people like her that make the whole experience worth talking about!! By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any gas station!”
“I needed help setting up my daughter's phone with family link. Whitney A. took care of me like we were besties even though I just met her. She is highly knowledgeable about Samsung phones and fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. The rest of the time we gabbed about girl and mom stuff and she showed me so much kindness and grace. Her service went beyond the customer experience. She connects with people making lifetime customers.”

We did so much running around and she gave us more info then even the customer care line, Layton just straight up hung up on us after I tried explaining my situation with a transfer pin. How rude. Go to the roy store. They’re amazing.”

“This is a great store. They usually have my pina colada slurpee which makes me a happy happy camper. But the best part is they are so friendly and so nice to my grandkids. Some 7-Elevens we go into just give a sturdy looks cuz kids are loud and that's just the way kids are. But these guys are so friendly. No matter who's working it's great.”

“I had speakers installed by them in a new car that I bought. There was a vibration in one side of the speakers that I tried everything to solve and couldn’t. They got me in and fixed the problem quickly and now it sounds great. They were also not condescending or rude which I was dreading as a female going into a male dominated space.”
