“Evidently you're not able to post multiple reviews for one branch, so being this is the closest branch in proximity to my local branch I feel it necessary to post here to not let my wonderful experience to go unknown! This review goes out to the Riverton branch and is reference to the awesome human being known as Sarah Sharp! I recently applied for a personal loan and had some questions regarding the process, credit, terms, rates... etc and she was just wonderful to talk to and extremely helpful during the process, she also kept me updated on the status of the loan and gave me a mini-course on how the loan officers view and ultimately decide the outcome of these things! Just an awesome person to have in your corner and I'm extremely grateful for her tenacity! You're awesome Sarah, thank you again!”

“I had the most amazing experience with 2 woman at the South Valley branch! Amber hands down had the most amazing customer service. Her willingness to go above and beyond won me over! Customer service is a huge deal to me. I have always been a loyal customer of Security Service Federal Credit Union until I met Amber! She took the time and effort to get to know me and recognize my needs. She took the time to talk to me about the auto loan options and credit card perks, and direct me to Karina. Karina was kind, thorough, and quick at getting my auto loan completed before the dealership closed. Then she completed my credit card application in no time as well. Karina even went as far as helping me do a balance transfer from my other credit cards to my new Golden West credit card so I could utilize the promotion they had available. My experience was absolutely amazing!!! You can’t go wrong with going to these two woman for all of your financial needs!!!! If I could give them 10 stars rather than 5, I definitely would!!!!”
