“Best small hardware store ever. They have anything everything you would ever need, I’m a small store. I’m never going to Home Depot or Lowe’s ever again. This place is the best, they even have technical little things like plumbing brass fittings that are normally only at a specialized plumbing specific store.”

“Best Harbor Freight around. In the last couple of months, I've been a regular here, and every time I go in, the employees are always nice and helpful. The store is always clean and neat. The manager here is beyond amazing and really cares about her customers. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are truly happy. She truly cares. I got two toolboxes recently, and they were handled with care. The pickup process was a breeze. I go to other Harbor Freight stores all the time, and this one is by far the best. It's not the biggest Harbor Freight, but they utilize their space well, and the employees are always hard at work. It's just a beautifully run store with outstanding management. Keep up the amazing work!!”

“I had a fantastic experience here! Even though it was super busy on a Saturday morning I was still greeted as soon as I walked in the door! Johnny spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the right parts I needed because I had a funky project going on and I never felt rushed or made to sound stupid or anything. I first went to standard plumbing and I felt like they didn't even want customers in their store because they were too busy talking with each other, but I'm glad they did that, I was able to find BJ plumbing afterwards and BJ plumbing will forever have my business.”

“I just want to thank Lyndzee and her team for the great customer service I received at the Saratoga location. I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back. An employee noticed I was frustrated and asked if he could help and he did. Parking my Limo was tricky cause it's a busy parking lot, but I was able to park. I like the Bauer tools and the nailer worked well.”

“What does one say about Home Depot? Big box. Huge. Has everything. There can be people around who can give you solid advise. In other words, almost everything I hate, except for help, when it's good.That said they have a better selection of salt with better handles than the other big box. That sounds silly, but what good is a big box store that doesn't have a ton of choices.”
