I felt like we may have made a huge mistake. HOWEVER, upon returning to the store, Dalyn was there to correct the prior mistakes and turn a bad experience into an excellent one! He went above and beyond! In addition, he's an expert on my particular phone. Love that!!!! He's there if I've got any questions.”

“My phone would only turn on for a minute at a time and t-Mobile was having technical difficulties and our Angel Jaime walked over and helped us and got everything set on my new phone and would not let us leave until he fixed it all for us I would rate this 100 out of 10 visits we will definitely go back with our phone issues apple sent us over to T-Mobile because they couldn’t fix or turn on the phone and Jamie did it and turned it on and also set us out for the T-Life app that got us credits for our next bill overall this was a great experience would come again they where busy when we came in but they were very thorough and always checked up on their clients”
“The AT&T store Representative at Farmington Station was nice and helpful. After going to the Apple Store to get my phone repaired they sent me to AT&T to add my phone number to the phone I got from Apple since it had to be totally wiped out for repairs. There was no wait and done quickly.”

“Oscar and Ruby have such great customer service. Me being a project manager over a huge contract. I was very impressed on how well they handled , what me and my husband observed. When we arrived there was no other customers, but us they were very welcoming and polite. Seconds later the whole store filled up with more customers. They welcomed everyone while staying focused on the current customers , never once did we fell rushed like we were being rushed threw. They were able to help everyone one of us. Before I knew I looked around as we were finishing up . I was like wow you guys handle that full house very well with no signs of pressure or stress. Very good employees you have there. Thank you”

We met Whitney at the store who took care of us, held our hand, reassured us that everything would be ok.
We were so nervous, about changing phone brands but Whitney was just great. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
