It inherently came with a fixed size of bracelet but they put an extra 5pcs of links in my order so that I can adjust it the way I need to. Very nice gesture to go the extra route and keep the customers happy. I am very pleased with this purchase and the store's staff

“I went in to get my battery replaced recently on a G Shock and I went swimming and the watch wasn’t tightened down and began to collect moisture, i brought it in 2 days after the battery was replaced and showed them the problem, they treated me with respect and excellent customer service and replaced my watch with a brand new one , Hats off to you John, they had replaced a battery twice in that particular watch , Excellent customer service, I well tell all my neighbors & friends about this experience and you have a loyal customer for life!!!!!”
