“I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the Sandy location because they truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. After having a disappointing experience at the West Valley location, where I was even asked, “How do I know that you didn’t take the diamond out and sell it on eBay?” when I was simply trying to understand my insurance coverage after the center diamond fell out of my ring, I was honestly discouraged. Thankfully, I reached out to the Sandy location, and from the very first phone call, the difference in customer service was remarkable. Everyone was kind, respectful, patient, and willing to help. They took the time to clearly explain how my insurance policy worked, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the entire repair process without ever making me feel rushed or judged. Thank you to everyone at the Sandy location. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and highly recommend this location.”

“I needed to watch band for one of my subaqua models and I contacted customer service and spoke with Kelly through several emails and photos to confirm exactly what I needed. I was able to purchase the correct watchband. Kelly went above and beyond making sure that my purchase was correct. It’s really nice to speak to a live person nowadays it makes finding what you need so much easier”

“Because Löwen was kind enough to let me know the name of my watch's battery that I lost, as they seem to be the one company in America entrusted with this information for Wenger watches, I am leaving them a 5 star review. Thank you Löwen for being helpful and of service.”
