“I was looking for a place to have my battery replaced... I arrived at the store and was greeted by Lauren and Jordan. They were happy to call Jake from the back to assist. Jake was able to fix my watch and kind enough to update the time. In addition Jordan was able to have my mother-in-laws ring sized. Great customer service. We will be back”

“Cindy was amazingly helpful with our custom engagement ring and I can't recommend this store enough. We knew what we wanted going in to the store, but were worried we wouldn't be able to get the details correctly on a custom ring. We showed them pictures of what we wanted and they executed everything amazingly. The best part is I saved about $2k going here rather than the online dealer I had originally found. 5 stars!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Official Time Watch since 1997. I cannot overstate my complete satisfaction with their service. I send in three Rolex watches, two of mine and my wife's for service and repair. Leo, Rebecca, and his staff are extremely professional. Upon return, the watches run and look as if they just left the factor in Switzerland. I had a small chip on one of the stems of my Datejust. Leo was able to repair the chip with the original material that Rolex uses in their production. You absolutely cannot see the repair.
