“BY FAR the best smoke shop in Utah. The nicest staff I’ve ever met, and the lowest prices I’ve ever seen. I work all around the valley so I don’t get there as much as I’d like, but out of everywhere I’ve been, this place is miles ahead of anyone else. Great Kratom selection for the best price you’ll find anywhere. I was recently somewhere else that charged almost double for the exact same brand and size of Kratom. The gentleman I always seem to work with is always super nice, and often throws in samples for me to try. I was there about an hour ago and received two fairly big samples of a new brand he was going to start carrying to test out. Multiple times he has given me deals without me even asking, or if what I was looking for was a little bit more then I could spend.. This is the only place I ever want to shop at, and it’s the only place anyone else should shop at. Great store.”

“The maverick center is the best place in the salt lake valley to attend a concert. The acoustics are fabulous. The sound does not bounce off the walls when the entertainers speak. You can actually understand them whereas the concert venue downtown Salt Lake City.The sound bounces off the walls really bad. I saw The Rolling Stones once there.Downtown and mick jagger sounded like his english speech was garbled. Every concert from ACDC all the way down to Zach Williams every venue hasband fabulous at the maverick center!!”

“I love that the Girls who work here make me laugh and start my day happy, they are the best and treat you like family as long as Amy is there this will always be my store she is the best part of this place along with Christine, Crystal (the manager) and lisa, these girls make this place my go to. “I go to Maverick regularly. I just found one of their newer stores on 7800 South and 2700 West in West Jordan. I met the manager who was very friendly and one of the employees, Tom. He was very helpful, all the staff was friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the store well taken care of. This store runs like a well oiled machine. If my favorite drink flavor is out, just mention it and in 2-3 minutes it will be replaced, you'll have your favorite soft drink and be on your way. Because it's a newer store, I'm sure they put their better managers in to run it and she did a fantastic job of staffing the store. Also the Nitro Card for gas saves a bunch of money as I drive a ton for work. I'm always looking for a Maverick and when I find a store like this one I'll go a little out of my way to go to this store whenever I'm close! Say hi to the manager, Tom or any of the staff, I'm sure you'll feel like you're with friends just like I did. By the way, Yoms an old guy, like me!”

“Best 7-11 ever!
They never overcharge for refills, will always brew fesh coffee if they run out, and there's never anything dirty in the store!
Plus, they always have the new fresh Punk Bunny Coffee and the machines that allow you to get a freshly ground stronger shot of espresso in the event of a watered-down batch.
Great selections of their various select refrigerated drinks, and they are VERY fast at getting service out in the even a slurpee/soda or coffee machine goes down!
If you do arrive on weekdays from 9:45-11:30, there's an influx of high school kids which may put you off...
but management knows how to get them out the door in record time! It took 60 seconds to wait behind 8 people! That is amazing checkout time! If only the kids could stack their backpacks by the door in an orderly fashion... avoid tripping in that case.
I pass by 6 closer 7-Eleven's to come to this one, showing up 4 times a week.
The owner/franchisee is always happy and does a great job remembering every single one of the customers, what they get, and their preferences!
I will go out of my way to shop here! This is the way all 7-Eleven's should look, operate, and run!

“I live in the neighborhood and frequent this store for gas, snack and treat runs. They have a great staff who my kids and I always look forward to seeing and I like that they don’t have frequent turnover so many of the employees have been there for quite some time (sign of a good manager). The manager does a great job running the shop and the reason for my review is I was there recently and there was a customer giving them a very hard time because the stores supply of Diet Coke was gone. He repeatedly filled up cups with ice and kept putting the soda water, that he already knew had no Diet Coke into his cup. He repeated this 4 or 5 times and would then repeated over and over again “there’s a problem with the Diet Coke”… there was even a sign on the front of the machine stating it was out of order. He would then would dispose of his cup and start over. The staff was incredibly patient with him and I just wanted to make this post to tell them thank you for their continued service and patience. I am proud to have a team such as them working in my neighborhood.”

“Very clean gas station with decent gas prices. The cleanliness of the area definitely surprised me. Great selection on the inside as well. This is my local neighborhood gas station, and it has been consistently solid throughout the years. Chevron Gas also never disappoints. Holiday gas stations are great. The only thing that lacks about this one is that it doesn’t have a car wash.”
“Maverik is almost always a great experience. This is no different. They have thought of everything that makes a convenience store what people want. Not only can you get either gas or diesel here, but they have the best food inside. Bon Fire is so good. You can watch them make the food from scratch. Any pop, candy, chips, drinks, coffee, slushee, etc… that you can think of, you can get here. If you need air in your tires, firewood, propane, or ice… they have it. My visits to this location have always been good and the store is clean. It’s worth the stop here.”

Holiday (Probably actually the owner Kent, who can regularly be found working in the store) makes sure this place is always spotless. Its nice to know that I'm not going to get sick from my hot dog or soda because the store is actually kept clean.”

“This is the best Holiday Oil in the greater Salt Lake Valley area, in my opinion. The store and outdoor restroom are kept really clean. It's not one of those outdoor restrooms at gas stations that I dread using. They have Fruizl (sp?) machines with one of the flavors being Root Beer, which I really enjoy, along with the freshly popped popcorn. The employees are very friendly and courteous. It's nice to see the same faces when I go inside, considering the normally high turnover rate for convenience store employees. They're always busy keeping the store clean and organized when they aren't helping customers.
My only complaint is that sometimes their Orange Bang is really watery and flavorless, but I don't find out until after I've left the store, and wasted money on it. Please check the Orange Bang machine and flavoring every morning. Other than that, I have no complaints, and often drive out of my way to go to this specific Holiday Oil.”
