“Had a terrible experience at the Riverdale store and went to this store. Davis was so helpful and informative. Got me a brand new phone and was able to keep my plan exactly the same. Can't recommend Davis and this store enough.”

“Been a customer for about 8 years now, but recently we had a great experience! Our service attendantJay was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Even hooked us up with a better plan that was more suited to our family. Will definitely be sticking around for a while longer. Especially if this level of service continues.”

“I had a great conversation and help from Mr. Cameron Weaver today, he helped guide and assist me in what I needed to do and what my predicament is with my phone bill and my roommates who won’t pay a single dime because they decided to port out of the family plan and leave everything up to me which made bills 5 times what they were and I don’t got the money to pay for it! Cameron is an awesome dude and is very helpful and considerate of everything I’m dealing with and it was no sweat and no pressure to help me out and get me situated. Thank you Cam, 🙏🏼🔥 I hope others who also seek help, find you, they need to! Preciate you 100%!!”

“Great customer service from Yajaira! They didn't have the phones we were looking for in store, so she helped us order them from the app. She s so helpful and sweet. She helped even though she received no commission for the phones. This will now be the only Boost mobile I go to for future service needs. Highly recommend this store and employee.”
