Xander was especially helpful—he even tried on a few items to help us pick out surprise gifts for my spouse's birthday! He genuinely knew his stuff and gave awesome insights into the materials and fits of each piece. We also love their cologne! It has been my favorite and I love when my husband wears it! “I went in today to get some men’s Christmas pajamas for our family. Originally, I was going to order them online, but the coupons I had, wouldn’t go through online. I went in store and found most of the pants I needed. I checked out with Lisa and was able to get the coupons added. After I payed, I realized there was a dollar price difference between the pants I saw online, and the pants I bought in store. Lisa explained it was a gender difference in the pants, and I realized I had grabbed all women’s pants instead of men’s. Lisa helpfully explained the difference and helped me order all the pants I needed from online, with the same discounts. And then she returned the women’s pants for me. Lisa was so optimistic, friendly and helpful. I will be returning for good customer service!”

“I’ve been to this location a few times now, but was really impressed by how well Kenzie took care of me tonight! It was a busy Saturday night and I was looking for some shorts to try on in some specific brands. She asked great questions, got right to the point and listened to me and what I wanted. I feel like it’s getting more and more rare to get professional service from someone who is engaged and positive — it’s PRICELESS for me as a mom of young kids, I don’t have a lot of time to try clothes on and it was a positive experience because of her. “Ross is my favorite discount clothing store to shop at. My only complaint is the dressing rooms are filthy. Like haven't been cleaned in 10 years kind of dirt. Please at least clean the mirrors. I ended up just buying a bunch of items to try at home and return what doesn't work. I think they just don't have enough staff. Everyone was working and busy with their tasks.”

“Great place to shop - look for the deals isle for steals. Usually deals here are misleading (for example the sign will say they will have $10 tee shirts, but it really in the fine print it means the second one you buy you get for $10). Good selection of tshirts, vans, and pants for men.”

“I just wanted to leave a review because I’ve noticed such a big improvement in this store. About six months ago when I came in, things were pretty messy and disorganized,which I totally understand from working retail myself, since customers can make a mess so quickly. But this time around, the store was spotless and so well-organized. Whatever the staff is doing now, it’s working!
What really stood out to me though was the employee I believe named Janet. She was kind enough to stop and chat with me, make sure I was finding everything I needed, and somehow still managed to keep up on everything at the same time. She’s an excellent worker and really left a great impression. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back more often now.”
