“needed to return a dress that was too itchy to wear, I had the receipt and the tags but they weren't attached. they said their policy was returns only with tags attached but the girl helping me asked her supervisor and they gave me a one time exception because I had the tags and they just told me next time to have them attached, great service thanks for understanding guys!”

“I went in today to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. While there, I decided to try on some jeans. Lacey took such good care of me! She was so professional, but also very personable and easy to talk to. She gave suggestions of the style of jeans I wanted and never made me feel pressured. “Excellent customer service here. My fiancee accidentally left her purse in a dressing room and they were so on the ball they had it locked safe in the back for her. They were so kind and brought it up to the register when we were ready to check out and realized she forgot it. My only wish is that both cash registers were open like in the women's and men's departments and that the men's stuff went on as much sale as the women's but that's more a corporate issue than this store specifically.”

“Great place to shop - look for the deals isle for steals. Usually deals here are misleading (for example the sign will say they will have $10 tee shirts, but it really in the fine print it means the second one you buy you get for $10). Good selection of tshirts, vans, and pants for men.”

“Good quality and good pricing, especially during clearance sales. I bought two suits from then, and had those two and another tailored. Pricing was fair and the employees were helpful. They definitely air on the side of caution when it comes to aggressive salesmanship so you will probably need to ask somebody for help. Though I was asked twice if I could be helped throughout my time there.”

First, they provide many trusted brands in their store like Nike, Adidas, Uggs, New Balances, etc. This makes this store so convenient for shoe shopping because it has a wide selection. Next, when you walk in, the store is clean. Everything in the store is very accessible and very well organized. Finally, they provide great customer service. When I was there they gave me great suggestions as well as they were very patient with me. The employees were very understanding and friendly during the whole visit.”
