“I spilled a cup of coffee on my MacBook keyboard, and knew that it would need repair. I found Expercom online (with my phone, of course.) It was easy to make a next morning appointment. Expercom turned out to be great choice because the service tech was customer friendly, listened closely, advised me that my Mac was still under warranty, and arranged for the repair at a service center. The turn-around was only 6 days, including a weekend. I could not have received better service.”

“My husband's phone was eligible for an upgrade so we ran into the T-Mobile store at The District. I had previously gotten a phone about 5 months ago here and the best salesman ever helped me his name is Paris. He did a great job then and I was hoping that we would run into him again. Right when I opened the door I was greeted and it was by Paris! I introduced him to my husband and within just a few minutes he had him upgraded to a new phone and started our data transfer for us. He was able to answer any questions and was so very helpful in every way. It was the best experience ever!”
