“Affordable rental car was by far the easiest rental car agency out there. They were quick to pick up and drop off. They were the most affordable place to rent a car. They even called us more than once to make sure we had a ride to the location since we were flying in and rented from the state street location. The workers were so down to earth and nice. We had one little issue with the car too and they did a great job at resolving the issue. We will definitely be renting from them when we go to SLC! If you want to save a headache you should too.”

“Upon pickup, the truck windows were still frosted. I looked for an ice scraper to clear them. When I did not find one, I went inside and asked if they had one. The gentleman working the counter apologized that there was not one in there, pulled one out of his personal truck, cleared the windows for me and sent me with his scraper. This is a great level of customer service!
This is also a great central location for downtown Salt Lake City. A very quick Uber trip from the airport.”

“I am so very grateful for U-Haul. Whether I am moving or helping someone else move. U-Haul is my first go to. With base rates for a box truck around $19.95 and then only $0.99 to $1.29 per mile. Makes it very affordable for bulk hauling of personal goods safely. Specially if you get the optional insurance. Which I always get.”

“We had a mixed experience but there was great service recovery by the manager. We rented on a truck for a short local piano move. It was a very busy day and the manager signed us in. When we returned the truck 90 minutes later, the store was overwhelmingly busy so we returned it with a yard agent. He was among the most rude customer service people I have encountered. He did not speak to us, drove the truck away at a dangerous speed, and was rude when I asked if need to go to the desk because he did not confirm that he had checked us in.
When we received the receipt, he overbilled us on fees, mileage and gas, it was double the expected cause. Fortunately we had taken before and after photos gas gauge and odometer. I filed a complaint and sent photos. The manager Jeremy was immediately responsive and corrected the errors. He showed great service recovery. Hopefully he will address the individual employee who is not representative of U-Haul overall or that store based on our prior experience.”

Granted the info I was given didn't match numbers-but Tasha took a couple of calls had a couple of convos w her mechanics and within minutes it was straightened out when my boss responded to my text. “Just finished up a 21 year long relationship with kenworth paclease and now our company decided to give ideal lease a shot. So we haven't even received our new trucks yet. They are still in the build process.We are still in their rentals. But so far i think itis going to be better than kenworth. The mechanics out in the shop seem pretty laid back so im hopping we have a good couple lease periods with them and that should take me up to retirement. So i hope it goes good”

“Excellent customer service. No waits. Got me in and out quickly. The rental station is in the airport and the car parked at the airport so makes it super easy for pick up and drop off of the vehicle. There are no shuttles needed.”
