“Will recommend!! Michael provided an overall fantastic customer service experience. I first called to check the part's availability and spoke to him on the phone. He helped me find my model part and let me know the part was in stock. Upon arriving at their store, Michael again greeted me promptly. He quickly got me the part and compared it to the old one. Upon noticing that the connector was slightly different on the new model, Michael didn't hesitate to call the manufacturer for a fix. He even asked a regular customer, assumingly a repair man, his opinion. While the manufacturer was little help, Michael provided me with his solution and let me know about other potential issues. Plus, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Appliance Parts Company and Michael, thank you for your fantastic customer service.”
“I am a licensed backflow prevention tester and repair technician. I was in need of a part that none of my local supply houses could get me. One of my normal online retailers showed it in stock, but when I placed the order I got a phone call from them telling me they actually don't have it in stock and they can't get it. That's when I found Backflow Supply's website. They showed they had 3 in stock. I called and talked to Sean to make sure it was indeed in stock. I gave him the part number from the website and he confirmed they did indeed have it. So I ordered and had it at my doorstep in two business days. Long story short - great customer service, accurate inventory listed on website, and competitive pricing! I will order from them again.”
“Ace hardware always has the unique screw, bolt fastener that the other big hardware stores just stopped carrying. Always my first stop finding the fastener needed. Always like to look around to see what new stuff their putting out that is also unique that seperates it from other competitors. Love the layout, the people are always nice, and the ambiance is inviting.”
“Ace in the neighborhood! They carry items not found in the big box stores. I'll pay 30 cents more for an item here to avoid driving through traffic miles away. The free popcorn is retro from the '70's hardware stores. Staff are available for assistance when needed and they smile when they see you.”

Shelly chased after a gentleman who left one of his project pieces on the counter and assisted me in getting a Sutherlands sign card that has benefits for customers. “These guys always have what I’m looking for. Even when I don’t know what I need, they are able to help me out. Case in point, I had a dresser that was foreign made. For the life of me, I couldn’t find a screw that fit into the hardware. I finally made my way to the store and the owner told me I would never find the size I needed because it was a Chinese size that isn’t used in the US. But he then fixed me up with a tap and some screws that solved my problem. Class act all of the way.”
“I do the ordering for parts/supplies at a cabinet company in Brigham City. This company is forever on my speed dial. The deliveries are always on time. They go out of thier way, even to the point of calling competing buisinesses to get me what I need. The people there are the greatest and I highly recomend them.”
