“Both personnel with whom I dealt (I think Nancy was the first one and Shaylee was yesterday and today) were very kind, courteous, and helpful. I was particularly impressed - and grateful - that in my two interactions with Shaylee, she carefully listened to my situation and offered much better solutions than my original additional storage plans. By so doing, Shaylee saved me significant costs. She also considered the heat-of-the-summer-sun side of one available unit and the shaded and closer proximity of the second.
Shaylee also made me aware of costs I could lessen by transferring storage quickly out of my current unit into the larger one. She showed me how to use the app to easily access the gate entrance. Additionally, she saved me more cost and time by selling me storage products that were on sale.
Beyond all that, Shaylee was upbeat, with a delightfully warm personality, and made our transactions so pleasant. What stood out most was that she prioritized my needs over any attempt to upsell to the company’s benefit. In so doing, she increased my respect for the company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as a whole. I hope Shaylee is also appropriately prized by her employer/s.

“I was having all my floors in my house refinished. I have an old home, with a long narrow driveway. When I inquired about the size of the storage units, Tony helpfully gave me a document with the dimensions of the COW. It was perfect, not like another storage unit which was way too wide. This was more narrow, but taller. I was able to fit my armoires/wardrobes that were over 6 feet easily.”

“I wanted to share how pleased we were with our recent experience with Rocky Mountain Movers. We had purchased new windows for our home and had them delivered to a storage unit. When we were ready to install windows, we needed them delivered to our home. RMM accepted the challenge, the windows are large and very awkward to move. Terran and Jesse were very professional and worked diligently to complete the move quickly. The windows were handled carefully and arrived at our home without incident.
