“I called Becky Garver to transfer money from one credit union to GoldenWest, not knowing she had been moved to Daybreak as Branch Mgr. She offered even to drive clear to Fort Union to assist me. I wouldn't expect that, but still was amazed at her interest in accommodating customers. Then she offered to set up the CD, so I could just deposit into it when I had the check. She took care of everything, and the tellers at Fort Union had all my info. It's a pleasure to have people so willing to help, and with such good follow through!”

I’ve been with macu for awhile and definitely started losing some hope as the customer service has been terrible, and the last few times I’ve gone in a branch I left unhelped and unsatisfied, and decided to go in to this branch with low expectations but they definitely exceeded my expectations, everyone was extremely friendly and caring and I’m so sad I forgot my gals name that helped me but she was so sweet and helpful.”

“So this review is for Gavin, or Gaven. I cannot remember how his name was spelled. Anyway Gavin was extremely fast. Definitely the fastest banker I have worked with, and I go to this location on a weekly basis. Gavin was also polite and well-mannered. The bank was PACKED with people inside and cars out in the drive-thru. He remained calm despite the chaotic scene the customers created. He definitely deserves his 6 month raise a little early this year. He does his job well. 10/10”

“This location, inside Smith's on Redwood Road, is not the closest one to me, but my usual place is temporarily closed and this is where they are redirecting traffic. I stopped by to take care of some business and found that the service was terrific. Even though my transaction was going to take a bit of time (new account set up) I did not feel rushed.They do walk-up teller transactions as well as have an ATM on site. Great staff, friendly and efficient. Thanks for taking care of us!”
