“The gals at the register are amazing with great energy and super helpful. Would like to call out Cierra in particular which helped my wife track down a unique pair of boots (one of two across all US stores). She called up two other stores and coordinated a transfer to help us out with this one. We really appreciate her going the extra mile for us and likely other customers. This kind of service is much much higher than we are typically used to and it needs to be called out. Thanks so much Cierra!”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at Tilly’s. (Charlotte, addy and Charlie) we were shopping with our kids today, and during our visit, my daughter had an incident. The way the employees responded was nothing short of incredible. They were kind, patient, compassionate, and treated her with so much care and understanding during a difficult moment. It’s easy to find a store that sells great products, but it’s much harder to find employees who genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. Thank you for showing such empathy and professionalism. “I understand being upset about the trash....my guess is that it is the majority of customers and their children's family not asking where the garbage is. I get that the staff can sweep it up, but why would you as parent allow your kids to just toss garbage on the floor, anywhere...anytime??”
