“We took my 14 year old grandson school shopping in August 2024 shortly before school started and the store was very busy. The sales associate Anna came over and immediately started asked my Grandson questions about what he needed. She told about the Back to School Specials and before I knew it he had picked out several pants and shirts and Anna even talked him into trying them on!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! In all our years of school shopping I have never persuaded him to try on clothes. Anyway, she was WONDERFUL and even though it's a few months late. I haven't forgotten the EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!”

“Some of the best customer service I've ever had! I needed a custom suit for my wedding and Adam got me set up with everything I need. I am not a clothes or fashion person in any sense of the word and he was able to make it very fun and relaxed. We spent a lot of time going over different fabrics and color combinations without ever feeling like I was getting rushed. I don't think I've ever met someone so dedicated and passionate to their craft. I was also never pressured or even asked to give a review, which I feel like a lot of businesses push you to do these days. That fact alone made me more than happy to give one freely just based on the service I experienced. Will be shopping here for suits from now on!”

“Paul was amazing! I have been looking for a nice men’s suit vest for my wedding. He showed me a bunch of options that sadly were out of my price range, but he helped me understand the different fabrics so that when I order one online it will feel nice and not cheap. He didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for someone to help you find that perfect snazzy outfit. Lots of beautiful stuff and I really liked the velvet smoking jacket!”

“Autumn, the sales rep in the women's intimates, gave my friend and I a superb explanation on understanding bras and how to find the correct fit. She was very kind and gracious, went above and beyond helping my friend find the correct bra for her; she went back and forth from the fitting room finding the different options, and my friend ended up leaving with 2 options she's in love with. I'm incredibly grateful for the safe and friendly experience she provided to us, especially as gender non-conforming queer people. Thank you Autumn !”
“My husband and I were in-store today picking up an online order. The process with the staff was quick and easy, and I didn't have to wait long at all to pick up my order. When you order online for in-store pickup, they don't charge the card until you pick up, which is nice if you end up changing your mind before you go get the item. I'm always impressed with how clean and organized the store is here (sometimes there are retail stores that can't seem to keep clothes folded or on the racks but this AE location does a great job). Their dressing rooms were also clean and it was easy to get one when we needed one. They had a great deal on shorts while we were there so we got a few pairs. Overall, I like the in-store experience here significantly more than a lot of retail clothing stores I've been to before!”
