“Had a wonderful experience! Ed tuned up my laptop and didn’t even charge me, as the issue was an HP software problem that could not be fixed in store, but he gave my a perfect workaround so I can still use my laptop without any issues. Would highly recommend this location if you need a device fixed! Very nice employees too!”
“Went to their new location in Midvale to fix the screen on my son's iPhone. They were reccomended by another iPhone repair place as the place to go if others can't fix your phone. The phone screen was smashed and the phone was dead, they fixed it good as new in one hour! Prompt professional service, fair price. Owner was very professional. I'm glad I found this place.”

“Gilbert at Technotronics is amazing and very quick with his work. I learned about Technotronics first when they were referred to me by a printer company to have a printer I had, that quit working while under warranty, worked on.Then I went to work for a banking company and they were actually using Gilbert and Technotronics for some of their printers. He’s been great to work with, if you guys ever need a guy that can take care of your printers, has a lot of knowledge, and gets the job done quickly, and is very helpful with purchasing ink as well. Then Technotronics is the place to go for business and home office machines. Gilbert is my go to guy for all my printer repairs.”
“I use a discontinued double mitre saw. The company went bankrupt, no way to get new parts but Danny keeps me in business, my saw has been repaired a few times thanks to his incredible shop!!! And when it breaks everyone I talked to recommended him. Glad he was already my plan. It was fixed so quickly and the price was reasonable. He's awesome!”
“Austin was incredible. Sears provided horrible service. I contacted sears as many ways as I could and was assured my fridge would be repaired on the date I scheduled it. Turns out no repair was scheduled and I had to wait theee extra days for my fridge to get fixed. I was so disappointed that there was such a horrible job done by the sears system.I was assured by multiple contacts that my repair would happen and it never did.It wasn’t until I called my original tech, Austin, that anything changed.Honestly I should have gotten this job done for free. The service was non existent.Austin is the only one who actually helped me.Total fail on the part of sears.I do still want my money back.Horrible service to tell me my fridge would be repaired for three days in a row with no intention of sending a repair man.Going without a fridge for two weeks was ridiculous.”

“The call center is very difficult to understand and navigate. However I received a visit promptly at 9:30 am to repair my dishwasher. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable about his job and he had my problem solved in about 20 minutes. Thank you for such great technicians.
