“These guys are the best Aamco in Taylorsville Utah I showed up from disappointment and disaster from sandy aamco to get the job done right. Sandy left 7 loose and missing bolts on my $6500 transmission repair and when asked to address my situation it was put on hold well we don’t expect to get to that asap was the responses! This is total neglect from Sandy, they simply do not think that it’s an issue of importance if uncheck and came loose my whole family could have died!
Total lack of respect to the customer from Sandy they did not even think it’s possible to help me in a situation that’s absolutely unacceptable!! to the shop managers, yes I do think I deserve way more from you than you do!! Your time seriously isn’t worth anything to me when this disaster you created was not put above your own time frame!
Unlike these guys at Taylorsville who literally had to hang onto the bottom of the truck while slowly driving with the creeper to diagnose this thing. They found several missing and un tightened bolts to my transmission. It was previously put together to just look like the all of the bolts were there and all tightened!!
