She set everything up and got Troy to come out and measure and eventually manufacture and install three mirrors. He is so very good at what he does! The mirrors turned out fantastic and look great! Walking through the gazillion tiny kitchen trinkets, thinking, "Do I need a silicon spatula in teal? or do I need a tiny stir stick for a honey jar I don't have?" Mmm, yes, I do need all of it ") This place is for people who love all things for cooking and baking. I've taken some classes here, and they do such a great job of fostering a love for being in the kitchen. It's been a family business for the last three generations, so if you're into "buy local," shop here. Compared to Amazon delivery, the candy and decorating items are pretty comparable. For kitchenware items, there's a few dollars difference, they have regular-priced items to $800 stand mixers.”

We ordered carpet from here because they were the only ones in SLC that had a great selection and the only ones that had carpet that we liked. Stockton was great! “We contacted Reid Erekson in April, 2023 , as a result of a horrible remodel by a contractor of our condo in Park City that had to be demoed again and begun over. Reid came up in a snow storm to give us a bid on a shower and countertops/sinks for the bathroom and kitchen plus demo of bathroom and kitchen and installation of sheet rock. Since we had to replace the cabinets again that were damaged from the previous contractor, Reid was in continuous contact with the cabinet contractor and the job went smoothly and was completed prior to the proposed completion date. Erekson Encounters is AWESOME, the work is perfect. Reid is old- school which is extremely hard to find these days. Reid was so easy to work with. He kept me updated constantly during the installation, and there is no one better. Erekson Encounters is who I would use again. I highly recommend them!”

I wish the lights and control panel buttons lasted longer and that there was an option of an additional button to have at least one step lower of air draw so that the house can stay warmer in the winter during a light cooking session.”

“Cannot express how pleasantly surprised my husband and I were with the level of service we received from the moment we walked through the doors of this store. We were greeted by Greg who knew exactly where to find the shower doors, something we never even noticed in prior visits to pick out tile. After talking privately about 3 mins about which options would suit our renovation best, we were greeted by Savana who was ready with her tablet to show us all of the finish options for the door we were considering.And as wonderful as this entire experience was so far, we were shocked to find out that they had exactly what we wanted in stock and ready for pick up. Crazy in this day when our "big box stores" hardly ever have anything in stock, their delivery usually takes weeks and good luck not having your item damaged before it reaches you.Savana and Greg worked together at the register to setup our pickup time (we didn't have our truck with us) and both offered their continued assistance on other projects we had been considering, Savana gave me an instant quote on wood flooring I had my eye on. “We just had a remarkable customer service experience (and just when we thought good customer service was a thing of the past) We had ordered a SUBZERO from another company over a year ago, we realize that it is still taking longer when ordering, however, once the year was up, the company extended the time 4 times. The sales rep had been uninterested and short from the start. Started calling around and MLD had a few on hand. Justin Dalton gave us extraordinary service, even offered to deliver it. He bought freight blankets and wrapped it with extra bubble wrap. Took a video of the condition of the unit before it was loaded to leave. Kept in touch until the unit arrived at our door.
