“I've never seen a store help a customer as well as these guys did. Long story short, my tools got stolen and after calling to seven different ace hardware stores these guys not only had what I needed but gathered it on hold till I made it there a few hours later. They then proceeded to assist me furth to even look for matching screws that could piece together one tool that was broke.
If any store deserves to make it in an economy as we're currently in. It's this store. Thank you to all those that assisted me yesterday and even today. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.”
“I love this place. I had been searching for a great selection of cabinet hardware (big box stores had terrible options) when I wanted an updated look in my kitchen and i stumbled upon this gem and have since recommended it to everyone i hear is refinishing their kitchens and baths or wanting a refresh. It’s also a small family-run business and the owners are so nice. Not to mention the have a play-corner for kids. Come! You will not be disappointed!”

“One of the best secrets about Ace is that they sell local honey from Taylor Honey in Santa Clara. I've had a few jars of it and each batch is different. The last batch I had was very dark amber in color. This one is lighter and is from orange blossoms. Can't wait to try it.”

“I go to this store often. Marla is always very kind! I hope the management takes some comments posted earlier, with a grain of salt, or take into consideration the kind of person that would wish death on an employee's family. The content of his post alone deems it unworthy of any kind of consideration in my opinion. The kind of person that would wish death on someones family like that recent post, is likly a low life. It is likely that the employee probably stopped his children from doing some unacceptable, or possibly dangerous behavior. I doubt she said something to his family for no reason. Due to his poor writing skills, and lack of english grammar, the person that posted the disturbing, and unacceptable post, is lacking in education. He seems to be missing an acceptable upbringing as well.”

“Today they get five stars. I asked for help locating furnace filters and got a courteous and helpful direction. I was kindly asked if I needed assistance locating the correct filter when in the aisle. I was helped when checking out and treated with a kind thank you for shopping with us as I left the store. It seems they have made great effort in making the customer feel welcome and appreciated. It was a great experience. The best I have ever had shopping at Lowes. Based on today's experience I would happily choose to return to the Bountiful store. Great job.”
