“I shop at this Ace location all the time. It’s fairly close to my house and it’s in a great location I think. It’s always maintained well and I’m greeted EVERY time I’m in here and asked if I need help. The guys that work here are knowledgeable and nice. They have a Traeger section for my fellow BBQ enthusiasts, a pretty good sprinkler section, paint section, key making station to name a few. They always send me on my way with a coupon for $5 when I’m done shopping to save me some money the next time I’m in. They carry a lot of electric power tools on top of gas powered tools. Prices are competitive as well.”

“I love this place. I had been searching for a great selection of cabinet hardware (big box stores had terrible options) when I wanted an updated look in my kitchen and i stumbled upon this gem and have since recommended it to everyone i hear is refinishing their kitchens and baths or wanting a refresh. It’s also a small family-run business and the owners are so nice. Not to mention the have a play-corner for kids. Come! You will not be disappointed!”

“I was referred to this store by another plumbing supplier. I was having issues with an old tub valve and they couldn't help me. From the street you'd have no idea that this was a store. But when I walked in I was greeted by Lou. I expected what was happening and he knew exactly what I needed. He helped me rebuild my value and expanded the reasoning for the issues and how it should be installed and why. The customer service I was given was 10/10. I'll be back to this place for another other needed parts or plumbing fixtures.”

“We drove almost 200 miles to get our Green Egg and we were not disappointed! Unfortunately this was the closest place that had what we wanted so away we went. I have to say it was such a pleasant experience that I would go back anytime! The Manager was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us by wrapping our purchase for the trip back. They had an incredible selection of Green Egg items! Go check them out!!”

“This is a great location of the Home Depot. They stored their shopping cart and the big orange cart outside in the snow, but other than that I have no issues with them.Everything was clean and organized, I was really impressed when the staff knew exactly where something was when I asked. The employee told me the exact aisle location on the shelf and pointed in the right direction.I’m very appreciative of people who know how to do this kind of stuff, and help me find the pieces that I need very quickly. We’ve also done several returns there, and they do a great and quick job with returns, refunds, and trades for in-store credit.”

“Employees were very nice and helpful. I had never been inside of a Sutherlands before, but came inside after looking at some of their plants outside in the parking lot. The front of the store seemed like they were renovating a bit or moving displays around. They have a small area there in between the restrooms that is a single dog washing station! They seem to have a nice selection of different products, and had I not been in a rush, I would have loved to look around more.”

“A bit frustrated. Compared price if an item to other stores. Best was Ace until checkout when they claimed the pipe was per foot cost and it was mismarked. Then they were $10 more per item for the item.”

“One of the best secrets about Ace is that they sell local honey from Taylor Honey in Santa Clara. I've had a few jars of it and each batch is different. The last batch I had was very dark amber in color. This one is lighter and is from orange blossoms. Can't wait to try it.”
