“I've been with AFCU for 35 years. I've ALWAYS received great service when going in for face-to-face assistance, with loans, credit cards, whatever. I recently had suspicious activity on a credit card, borderline fraud. I've had a card number stolen and used in the past, with quick notification and a ton from AFCU. Although it is unclear if this is outright fraud, Noelle at the WJ branch was excellent in helping me start a charge dispute, and she explained the entire process clearly. I will stay with AFCU forever, mainly because the service today is as good as it was 30 years ago.”

“My great Samaritans of the U.S.A. I am writing this message to share my personal experiences with Bank of America located in West Jordan, Utah. On Monday December 2, 2024 I decided to commence opening my business account with Bank of America. I telephonically spoke with a member over the phone to schedule an appointment. Upon my arrival, I was formally introduced by Senior Banker Emina Kazic at the location. Ms. Kazic the senior banker expedited my matters in a very positive and professional manner. Furthermore, during our conversations, she enlightened me on utilizing the (BOA) online mobile app. The mobile app is a fast way to gain access to your account business or professional. Ms. Emina Kazic is such a beautiful person: and very knowledgeable about banking. Upon completion, she informed me that I’ll have to await a confirmation email. The following business day I received approval email for my business account. On today December 26, 2024 I returned to the bank in West Jordan, Utah. I was properly encountered by another senior banker named Oliver. He tended to the remaining affairs of opening my new business account. He was very respectful and witty in supporting my matters. He is also a well-dressed and handsome man. Also, on today I met another senior banker named Melanie. She was such a positive delight, and professional encounter for me on today. She’s also very beautiful and supportive. I deposited my first 100 dollars on today with her in my business account. I personally and subjectively would recommend anyone to commence a bank account with Bank of America in West Jordan, Utah. Whether you are seeking a business or personal account to start Bank of America is the way to go. You’ll be hundred percent satisfied entering and exiting with your banking experience. Everyone here is so professional, and they have great spirits about them ! I did not get a chance to meet everyone formally; but rest assured whom ever you meet there will be no mistake. The (B.O.A.) is worldwide for many reasons, and these particular individuals are are at the forefront. Please choose Bank of America they’ll keep you further from the problem, and closer to the solution. Thank you all! My gratitude is wide like the ocean ?. ?”

“Pretty good, though some customer service tellers (females mostly) have been very snippy and snooty with me like I was putting them out. Never had a male teller here treat me rudely, in fact they have been beyond ideal. Being a female myself, I think the women there need to be trained by the guys on what customer service is. All management male or female have been awesome, and very professional. Only thing I would be concerned about is the ATM. It swallowed my card and wouldn't give it back for no reason, and management said they can't help me, that it's not their ATM, it's a 3rd party. I wouldn't recommend using the ATM here.”

“We have been members with UFirst for years, and have really appreciated the service we receive. The branch manager knows us and remembers conversations we've had. When someone gained access to our account after we clicked on a bad email, the people at the credit union recognized the fraud very quickly and froze the account before too much damage was done. They were able to help us resolve it all, get new cards, and money restored to our accounts In a few days. They have been great!”
