“I am on a tight budget and my bike is my primary source of transportation. Recently I had inserts put in. Had an issue with the tubes after and they replaced them with fast friendly service. They have a great selection of both bikes and ad ons but their service is where they truly shine.”

Michael helped me get the perfect e-bike I had my eye on, and his friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. He patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, which really stood out to me.
I also had a great conversation over the phone with another team member who was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with his time. His thorough explanation of the ins and outs of e-bikes gave me even more confidence in my purchase. “I own a Brompton Bicycle. I live a car free lifestyle. There isn’t a Brompton Dealer close to where I live. Saturday Cycles is an authorized Brompton Dealer. Brompton has some specialized components and I needed some service work done.
I traveled with my Brompton to SLC by bus to attend a bicycle event. My plan was to explore SLC by bicycle and attend the bicycle event. At the conclusion of my trip I planned on leaving my Brompton at Saturday Cycles for service. I was going to have them box and ship my Brompton to my home after the service was completed.
I went into Saturday Cycles and spoke to Max in service. I explained what I needed done to my Brompton and the plan of shipping it at completion. Max told me that he would fit me in the service schedule now. He put my Brompton in the repair stand and completed the service promptly while I waited. Max provided amazing customer service! My Brompton rides like it is new. Max saved me shipping and transportation costs by completing my service on the spot. I highly recommend Saturday Cycles!”

“It was time for my daughter to get a new bike. I had read good reviews about Highland Bike and wanted to check out what they might have in stock. I’m so glad we did! Spencer was great with my daughter showing her new features and talking me through sizing. She ended up with a hot pink Haro with a pink bell to match! I offered to let my daughter shop around and look at other stores but she loved the bike and felt comfortable. The knowledge and warmth in that shop just comes out of every corner! “I love this Bike shop. I've had a lot of concerns about some of the other bike shops in their area, but every time I've been in this shop, I get the same warm welcome. I took my Mountain Bike in to get tuned and thought I'd ask about their road bikes because I've been in the market for one. Not only did Piper help me research the ideal bike and thoroughly walk me through the process, but he was also so kind about it. Piper is the bomb, and I honestly can't recommend this bike shop enough!”
